Quiet detached house district on a sunny hillside location, about 5 minutes from the highway as well as close to Sursee or Zofingen. Central, about 30 minutes by car to Lucerne and about 50 minutes to the larger cities of Zurich, Basel and Bern. How about a new and cozily furnished apartment with lots of hiking and biking right at your doorstep? Stay with us in a small idyllic village - quietly located with a beautiful view of the Central Swiss mountains. Located in the middle of nature and yet centrally located in Switzerland. You can reach cities such as Lucerne, Bern, Basel and Zurich by car in 30 to 60 minutes. The nearby Lake Sempach can be reached in about 20 minutes.

Beautiful room with separate kitchen and seating area. Wonderful views of the lake, mountains and countryside. Free parking and good train connection (5 min away). Lake Hallwil and the lakeside resort are a 5-minute walk. If anyone wants, we have stand-up paddle boards for rent. You have the kitchen, room and bathroom to yourself and we live on the upper floor of the house.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.

The apartment is in the middle of the beautiful city of Sursee. It's Mexican-style. There is a Mexican restaurant in the same building. The restaurant is ground floor and the apartment on the 3rd floor. You can hear something from the city, which is not disturbing. On the weekend in the summer, events in the city can be louder.
