Elpida, a dream house, definitely recommended. Not only the location and the view are sensational, but also the house itself. We (married couple 63/61) were allowed to enjoy Angelika's unobtrusive and warm hospitality in May 2025 and had a relaxing week in or above the beautiful village of Mochlos. We have nothing to complain about, on the contrary - we have rarely found such a great place to stay. Perfect furnishings and very well-equipped kitchen, always a shady spot and very pleasant insect protection. The steep driveway up the mountain is also no problem after the first exercise. The scent of the plants is simply wonderful. The Wave House is perfectly situated to swim at the beach just in front of the apartment. Loved the sun beds and area in from of the Wave House so you have a space to relax and enjoy the water views.

This property is on the top of our list of all of the Super-host level properties we’ve been at whether Air B&B or any other platform. Premium quality and high marks for design aesthetics promoting maximum relaxation inside or in the yard with breathtaking views all day long and spectacular sunsets. All meals at the property must be had out doors! It was a perfect retreat after long days of sightseeing. We would rent it again in a heartbeat and will recommend it to family. John & Autumn

Ideal for lovers of a quiet and unique area. Access by a narrow and stony path.(Access to paradise is earned!) Very warm welcome with an excellent home-cooked meal. Too bad we had 2 days of bad weather, (jacuzzi out of service) we would have come close to absolute perfection!!

Great location overlooking the harbour. Vibrant esplanade with outdoor seating area to enjoy the ambiance. The apartment was in close proximity to public parking, shops and restaurants- 2-3 minutes walk. Spacious 2 storey apartment with a nice master bedroom suite upstairs and balcony and fully functional kitchen and facilities and second bedroom on the ground floor.

The villa is amazing, great views, very quiet (alongside a road but very little traffic) and the place was spotless. Beds and furniture all very comfortable. We were there for two weeks and linen/towels were changed mid holiday. Pool towels also provided. An amazing outdoor area, with table, well equipped outdoor kitchen, plenty of sunbeds and shade if needed. Quite honestly couldn't have asked for more. If we ever go back to Crete we would definitely stay here again ......... and a special thanks to Sophie who met us with the keys on arrival and was there on our departure.

This is our second time in Mochlos, we love it and Popi's apartment is perfect to relax and enjoy the views and surroundings. I can highly recommend it, we hope to stay again in the future.

This was for sure one of the most amazing stays we ever had. The place is nothing but beautiful and Annali & Odi are great hosts. If you are looking for a peaceful place to enjoy yourself, this is the place to be!

Poppy was amazing. So helpful, flexible and very friendly. The apartment is wonderful. Beautiful views and great location for the town and the beach. Place is right next to a pedestrian walk with lots of nightlife. (But far enough away that there are no noise issues.

The place was exactly what we expected and very comfortable and clean. The host was flexible with us for checking in and was there to greet us when we arrived. The host provided information to help us schedule our taxi to the port to catch our early morning ferry. The location was perfect with everything we wanted in walking distance.

Giorgio’s place was beautiful and well maintained. He was always very responsive (Ben when we locked ourselves out) and gave us recommendations for the local super market and an AMAZING place for dinner. The home was very comfortable with a beautiful sea view and had everything we needed.

Absolutely fantastic, five stars quite honestly isn’t enough for Menelaos and his beautiful penthouse villa. The villa is perfectly located….it really couldn’t be closer to the sea, with unique views of Mochlos, the island and the coasts to the east and west. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need for a long or short stay, and the balcony is just perfect….the hardest thing was to drag ourselves away from it! Most importantly Menelaos is an absolutely perfect host, we’ve never had a welcome like it and we immediately felt at home, Menelaos is a true gentleman. We’re lucky to spend quite a bit of time in Crete and will definitely return to Menelaos Penthouse Villa….in fact I’m already planning our next visit!

I really liked the place and the hosts of Bella Vista. The hosts, especially Evi, have their hearts in the right place and have tried to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. They were always available and gave me tips for things to do and places to eat. All Bella Vista accommodations are unique and a reflection of the culture of Crete. I found my place especially breathtaking. The room was very nicely decorated and I had incredible panoramic views of the city and sea. I highly recommend the place and especially the hosts. You feel comfortable right from the start.

This is such a great place to stay in AN. Eleftheria met us on arrival and made us feel like family. Their property is pristine and with great lounge, kitchen and dining overlooking the marina. In 5 mins walk you are wherever you want to get to in the local area. There is a sheltered beach within walking distance. A gorgeous town and well appointed place to stay. Absolutely recommend

Very central home but quiet at night . Very clean ,comfortable and in a safe neighbourhood Nothing was missing. Everything was perfect

We had an amazing time. Manolis is very helpful and friendly. He gave us some great recommendations of beaches to go to and restaurants. The apartment is in a great location. It has everything you need and is really nicely decorated and very clean. If we end up in Agios Nikolaos again we will definitely stay there again

The apartment is very pleasant : clean, modern, spacious and perfectly equipped. The small balcony and roof terrace are a real plus and add to the apartment's charm. Erietta and Manolis provide numerous recommendations for discovering Heraklion and its best addresses, which is particularly appreciated. Very responsive and attentive, they ensure that everything runs smoothly. An excellent experience, which I recommend without hesitation!

We stayed one night at Alexis’ apartment before we head to Chania, it’s a cosy and quiet place, close to everything, Alexis is very supportive and responsive, giving some good suggestions for local restaurants, we tried two, both are great, thanks for the local advices, giving us some unforgettable experience here.

We had a really great stay at Hersonissos. The apartment was in a perfect position in the town and the host was extremely helpful and friendly. The only issue for me was having mobility issues the stairs were hard work, but I knew that was going to be the case and it was not misrepresented at all. So just be wary if you’re the same, but being extra careful to get up to the top sundeck was definitely worth it for the views - thank you!

Everything about our stay was perfect. Kostis was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was absolutely amazing and close to everything we wanted to see. The place itself was clean, comfortable and had the best view. I would definitely book it again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay
