We stayed 4 nights in the villa.. The villa was very clean at arrival and really beautiful. Decoration and design are modern and classic at the same time. The rooms and bedrooms have enough space. Furthermore enough room to park your car next to the villa. The sauna was also really nice as well as the toy for the children already present. The baby bed for our baby was well prepared. The supermarket lidl en netto market are at walking distance as well as the train station. The host (Britta) was very kind and helpful. In case of questions the response was always very quick and clear. If case we go again to this area we for sure will choose this villa again. Its beautiful and very peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. Nice clean and large rooms. Three bathrooms, two of them with a bath. In the garden there is a large chilling area with a bbq for in the summer. And the maintenance to the garden is also very good. Everything is just great here and we spent wonderful days here. Thanks!

We were looking for a quiet getaway, and this was perfect. We arrived in a winter wonderland, with hiking trails and little restaurants a short way from the house. There was a super friendly person to welcome us, show the house, and offer lots of nice local recommendations for places to go and things to do. We made a quick dash down to Prague one day, and immediately missed the peace and serenity of the cabin. Only regret is that we didn’t bring more time.

The apartment is really very nicely located on the equestrian farm. Especially the bathroom is fun with the 2in1 shower/toilet. The view of the horses in the morning and also the quiet nature all around, as well as the short distance to the bastion make this accommodation really recommended.

It was a very nice hiking vacation that we were allowed to spend at Ute's place. Ute welcomed us in a very friendly and helpful way. The apartment is really nicely and comfortably furnished, so you feel right at home. The location is very quiet, a car would be advantageous, but there are also buses. There is nothing lacking, if so, Ute will find a solution to the problem. We will be happy to come back and look forward to next time!

It is a wonderful place to find tranquility and be in nature. In addition, you get the pond industry up close. I know the area and find it really picturesque when you have something left for an active vacation. By bike you can move and breathe through the surrounding forests. Annegret is quick to respond to requests. In the cottage it is cozy, the furnishings individually with vintage charm.

New apartment that has very good and high-quality equipment. Central location with a direct view of the marketplace. 100m to the Elbe. The welcome email included all the information for a smooth self-check-in. Since only a few steps to bridge the elevator are also suitable for older people. We were very pleased.

Spacious apartment for eight people. Very nice large bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen. Everything very clean. Very very nice and accommodating landlords, good communication and always available. Very convenient location. Tram stop nearby, bus stop in front of the house, supermarket and drugstore within walking distance. Many thanks to the Büttner family.

I stayed in this apartment for 10 weeks since I did a production in Semperoper Dresden. This apartment is everything the description says it is - AND MORE! It is cozy, well functioning, super clean and calm. The area is just lovely and the host is always there for you! Every little detail was thought of in the apartment and it felt like home. I highly highly recommend this place, it’s spacious, clean and just lovely. Also: Wonderful high technology equipment for movie nights etc. This place is a gem!

We searched at very short notice and were still able to land here relatively cheaply for four adults. We had a lot of freedom of movement to ourselves and due to the generously equipped lounge. The sauna looked very welcoming, even though we didn't use it (summer...).

We immediately felt comfortable, a nice apartment from which you can easily explore Dresden. Public transport and shopping facilities are easily accessible. We would book this place again. The only tiny flaw was the cleanliness in the kitchen. The oven looked like it had just been used and the fridge and a kitchen cabinet were dirty.

We were in Sebnitz after Christmas over New Year's Eve and it was wonderful, so we even stayed longer than planned.:) The location of the place is great and quiet. The apartment has everything you need. Only the Internet was bad for us, but that was no problem for us. You can go hiking directly from the apartment or drive to the neighboring towns, such as Bad Schandau. After a cold winter hike you could relax in the bathtub, an absolute dream! Doreen is very friendly, everything was great. We will be happy to come back. :)

It's like coming home with Mirko and Dieter, or friends you've known for a long time. The apartment really has everything to have a great time. It is decorated with extremely much love and spotless. A truly relaxing place to relax has been created here. We felt right at home. Our apartment was lovingly and appropriately furnished. Quick contact with the hosts as they also live on the premises. In the evening, the fire pit was lit, which also created a relaxed atmosphere - especially before and after the sauna. At the small kiosk you will find all the necessary things for self-catering and the quaint baker with delicious baked goods is less than 10 minutes' walk away. Thanks for a great/relaxing time ❤️
