A perfect house for us! It was very clean and spacious. The wood fire was cozy since it was chilly while we were there. The small village it is in is picturesque and we really enjoyed strolling through it and using the playground right across the street. The river is also across the street and there is a nice beach area. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area!

This place didn't have a single flaw. Everything was perfectly clean, perfectly prepared, the interior was tastefully and beautifully decorated, there was nothing to complain about, and on the contrary, there were a lot of “little things” that made our stay more enjoyable - bluetooth speakers, slippers, cosmetic supplies available, personal and kind welcome, operational communication (about requesting flooding) even at late hours of the night. Nothing was a problem and we had a cotton ball. I highly recommend and give 6 stars out of 5:)

Lia's solo is nestled in the picturesque towns around Vienna, next to the vineyards, and the nearby wineries can taste the unique flavors of beauty paired with cod very much.The entire floor is our apartment, which is extremely spacious with three bedrooms, and the cleaning is spotless, and the entire house is clean and comfortable!We are very convenient to drive to the nearest P + R parking lot, just 8 minutes away, after that is the best option to get around the old city of Vienna with public transport!

The house is located in a beautiful area, making it possible to take walks among vineyards and orchards. It is easy to walk to the banks of the Danube, on the other side of which is the famous Durnstein. You can also take a walk through the vineyards in the surrounding hills. Rossatz is a pretty old town with some charming streets, and the area has good restaurants. It is easy to get to Vienna from Rossatz, it only takes an hour by car. The flat is comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities, and Katya is a wonderful and helpful host.

We stayed there for only one night, and the place was absolutely fine. Central location, easily accessible, overlooking the Danube. Accommodation was also very clean. Only the floor could have been better cleaned. Otherwise, everything is great, can definitely recommend the place for short trips.

This home fulfilled our Christmas holiday expectations. The home is full of character and we really appreciate the history. What an experience for our children to stay in a home that is older than our country. The kitchen is well stocked, out in the quiet country about an hour west from Vienna. The hosts were warm, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

A beautiful accommodation in a historic building with all the amenities in the middle of a large fruit and rose garden. Located in the middle of Spitz as a starting point for hikes and good food. The hosts are more than local and available for any questions. We had a wonderful stay and will be back for sure!

The place was bigger than described. The bedroom is separate. You have a beautiful view of the slopes opposite and the castle. The landlords were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to independently taste the wines provided. We had a wonderful, colorful autumn week! For cyclists, hikers and history lovers, this is an ideal place! I'm sure we'll be back.

About 35 minutes from Park and Ride Leopoldau in Vienna. Big, clean and cozy home. Surround sound in the living room, HUGE television (bigger than the pics). Board games and chess table. Amazing Sauna. In April the pool is not open, currently the wooden bench with the green plants around it in the backyard is gone. The cute red and white poolseats are gone as well... So, the backyard has less things than given in the pictures. BUT, inside you got more things than advertised: airfryer in kitchen, radio embedded in the ceiling in some rooms, 2 homemade jam, the lights in many bedrooms and other rooms are dimmable! Good for people who are sensitive to lights or want to create a cozy atmosphere. The colorful windows in the bar are powered by light as well, giving a cozy and cool effect! Parking is easy. Bakery nearby. Host lives across this home, so if there are problems you'll get it fixed quickly! I had problems with the heating downstairs, but kind host Erik came to fix it quickly!

An oasis of well-being, for young and old :) With a lot of love for detail, Marion and Herbert have created an environment where you can easily forget everyday life and completely relax. The house is clean, cozy and superbly equipped. Communication with Marion was great and straightforward. Very accommodating and warm. My husband, my father and I had a 1 night stay at Michael's place, for us it was exactly what we needed - a comfy place to rest for the night on our relocation-moving-house road trip in our way to Rotterdam, with rapid connection to the highway. The place is big enough to host an entire family comfortably, it is super clean and it also provides a safe parking space, within the house yard, big enough to fit an entire van (which was super important for us). Moreover, our little cat travelling with us, felt right at home instantly. Michael was super responsive, provided all the necessary details for our check in and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this place.
