It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

The apartment is very conveniently located for cyclists, nature lovers, hikers and fitters. Hanover can be reached via the A2 within 45 minutes. Hameln and Rinteln are about 13 km away. In the next town (2 km away) there is a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher and a doctor.
