Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The apartment is very centrally located in Davos-Platz. A small, private inclined lift takes you to the house, which is located on the sunny side of the valley above Davos and offers magnificent views and plenty of sun. The apartment is ideal for a couple or a family (2 adults, 2 children). Two sleeping accommodations are in a separate bedroom; two more beds are in the large living area (living, dining, open kitchen).
