Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Small but nice! Centrally located, but absolutely quiet. The studio is newly built and furnished. The room is bright, with a beautiful view of Brämabüel and Jakobshorn. The comfortable sofa bed can be opened and closed with a handle, so that a comfortable and cozy living room is available. A coffee maker and kettle are available in addition to a stove with an oven. Microwave and freezer in a separate room. The garden can be used.

Spacious, family-friendly house (200 m²) on the Walenstadtberg with a fantastic view of the Swiss mountains and the valley. The entire house is exclusively available to our guests. The apartment is very centrally located in Davos-Platz. A small, private inclined lift takes you to the house, which is located on the sunny side of the valley above Davos and offers magnificent views and plenty of sun. The apartment is ideal for a couple or a family (2 adults, 2 children). Two sleeping accommodations are in a separate bedroom; two more beds are in the large living area (living, dining, open kitchen).

A small creek flows right past the house and creates a relaxed atmosphere. From the living room, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Jakobshorn. Parking right in front of the house makes the stay especially convenient.
