Lake house vacation rentals in Schaalsee

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Lübtheen and highly recommend it. The location right on the lake is simply fantastic – after a relaxing sauna we were able to cool off directly in the lake, which made the stay particularly pleasant. The sauna was like new and in excellent condition, which increased the enjoyment even more. The well-kept garden invites you to linger and offers a beautiful atmosphere to enjoy nature. It was particularly nice to watch baby geese, white wagtails and other birds in the garden – that made our stay even more special. The place was extremely clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen utensils, especially the pans, were in excellent condition. Cooking was a great pleasure! The bed was very comfortable, so we could sleep restfully. Overall, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place very much!

Great holiday in wonderful nature. We enjoyed being woken up over the lake in the morning with sunrise and ending the day by the fireplace in the evening.

The cuddle cottage delivers what it promises!! <3 It is super cozy and cozily furnished and the outdoor terrace or the surrounding garden/green area are also well maintained. Simply beautiful! For doing sports, meditating, eating early and sunbathing, we used it every day. The surroundings are pleasantly quiet, the lake just over the Strase and supermarkets can be reached by bike in 5 minutes. A great place to relax and unwind. The exchange with the hosts was super friendly and straightforward. We will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice weekend with our daughter in this very cozy accommodation :-) There's nothing missing. It is very well located to make excursions to Eutin or Malente or simply to unwind down at the lake. There is also a small playground in the vacation home settlement. Worth a trip!

Our stay at this house was absolutely fantastic! From the first minute we felt like at home. Location is perfect – quiet and idyllic, surrounded by beautiful nature, ideal for relaxing and relaxing. The house is spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were particularly enthusiastic about the little touches that the host prepared for us. Communication was quick, friendly, and helpful, and check-in went smoothly. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is superbly equipped. We enjoyed every minute and are grateful for the great hospitality. This Airbnb is a true gem, and we would highly recommend it to anyone. The space is highly recommended. My daughter said after an hour that she wants to give 5 stars:) Bettina and Florian are great hosts and her mill has a lot of charm. It is located at the end of a small village where it is very quiet. It is particularly nice that you can walk into the neighboring forest and the heath behind it and are therefore very close to nature. We will definitely be back!

We described the place is actually a little remote and quiet. Although the highway is right behind a hill, you don't get a lot of it inside. The apartment was nicely decorated and we had everything we need.

What a gem on the lake! We felt so comfortable for 2 weeks that we would have preferred not to have left. Jürgen and Barbara provided us with a lot of valuable information, looked after us nicely and even spoiled us with daily newspapers and their own tomatoes. Nevertheless, our privacy was respected at all times and we were very undisturbed. The house is well equipped and lovingly furnished, we didn't miss anything. The beds were quite comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms practically equipped. The quiet location right on the lake with this indescribable view of nature and of course the opportunity to swim at any time in the wonderfully fresh lake water is really relaxing and balm for body and soul! We can't wait to see you next year because we'll be back.

We stayed at Katharina's beautiful place over New Year's Eve with 4 families and a total of 6 children and had a great time! There is a lot of space and retreat options. The playroom is perfect and the kids loved it. The house is super equipped and was super cozy! Next time would use the upper bedroom but only as a game room. We will definitely be back, next time in summer so we also have something from the pool and tennis court:) Thanks also to Ms. Ms. Marthiensen for the nice welcome!

An amazing house, perfect for families. The kids had great fun with the wooden railway. Baby chair and baby cot were provided, including children's dishes. The kitchen is well equipped, e.g. spices and coffee powder and filters are available. The host sent all the important information in advance in time and could also be reached at short notice during the stay. We felt very comfortable!

We (3 families) had a great vacation together. Whether on the water, comfortably by the campfire, eating together at the table or playing board games. It was great vacation in beautiful scenery that invites you to stroll. Almost everything was available in the apartments. Thank you 🙂

A beautiful place with enchanting views on a terrain that invites both families and couples to relax, unwind or discover. The warm temperatures were not noticeable in the tiny house, so it was easy to get to sleep in the evening to be able to jump into the cool water the next day. Always happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable at Anne's. Five people and I were there in mid-April for five days. The house is in a very quiet, rural location and has a great large, well-maintained garden. We had great weather and everything bloomed beautifully, especially the beautiful, large cherry tree in the garden. Shopping and sports activities are nearby. Anne's house is very well equipped and authentic. The kitchen is new, beautiful and very well equipped. The living and sleeping rooms are comfortable and also well equipped. The beds in the lower bedroom are functional, but more suitable for children as they are very low. There is satellite TV and internet. The stairs to the upper bedrooms are very steep and a challenge for older and very young guests. But manageable for my 80-year-old mother. We had a lovely, relaxing time and will certainly come back again. Thanks to Anne and see you soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. Having traveled a lot, this apartment still stood out on top regarding cleanliness and the beautiful modern and stylish interieur. Communication was so easy and friendly, and everything went extremly smooth. If there were 6 stars, I would have given those.

This place is a clear secret: in the middle of the forest is the beautiful Airbnb, the pictures are not almost justified with the beautiful nature that surrounds the Airbnb. From the kitchen you have a beautiful view of horses, you can enjoy a coffee in the garden in the morning and hear the birds chirping. We will definitely be back again! This place has enchanted us and is ideal to get away from the stressful everyday life.

beautiful cozy place , privet parking, nice and clean apartment, enjoyed it. it would be nice if they had microwave in the kitchen and pan to cook. everything else was all good . big place to stay .

With our little daughter, it was a wonderful stay. All outlets were secured, there was a high chair and no frills as decoration. The property was fenced and therefore we could let you play in the garden. The place was easy to find, check-in was clearly described and Birgit was extremely quick to respond. The place itself was very clean and well equipped. The location was perfect for us, as we wanted to drive up to the north but at the same time also wanted to be close to Timmendorfer Strand. Clear 5 star from us. We will be happy to come back and recommend this place especially to anyone with a toddler (of course also to anyone without a child)

We had a lovely few days at René's house over New Year's Eve. The house is cozy and nicely located, close to a lake and forest where you can walk wonderfully. the nearest supermarket is 5 minutes by car. We felt comfortable!

We had a relaxing time in Zanzibar. The view from the sofa into the countryside and the pond is better than television. The house is well appointed and the landlords respond quickly and helpful. We slept peacefully in the comfortable beds. A small shortcoming, but manageable, is the lack of temperature adjustment in the sauna. With switching off in time, however, you can also get a good grip on the temperature for light sauna. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
