La nostra casa è una tipica costruzione medievale cielo-terra con una piccola cortina esterna e un terrazzo panoramico situata a due passi dai luoghi più iconici della città. La struttura è suddivisa su 3 piani, ognuno dei quali si raggiunge con una scalinata tipica dell'architettura medievale. Dimora V.lo Leoncini è ideale per chi desidera immergersi nella storia dell'antica Tibur.

Sita in una posizione privilegiata, di fronte alla Mensa Ponderaria, al Duomo e a pochi passi da Villa d’Este, è un rifugio di charme per chi cerca un mix di storia, arte e comfort moderno. La struttura è stata ristrutturata con cura, utilizzando materiali tipici del territorio preservando l’autenticità e valorizzando il legame con la cultura millenaria del luogo.

Stazione per ferrovia (aeroporto Fiumicino-Orte) a 6 km da Poggio Mirteto: quasi tutti i treni, oltre le fermate in Roma, fanno capolinea all'interno dell'aeroporto. Rapido accesso all'A1, A2. Pratica base di avvio per camminate sui Monti Sabini. È sulla Via di Francesco.

A/C bedroom has a double/twin bed; a single sofa bed for a 3rd person/child is in the dining room. WiFi. Bus to the center is only 100mt & subway 800mt. Lively district with a true Roman flavor full of wine bars, bistrots & restaurants where to dine "al fresco". Open air market and supermarket/groceries etc 100 mt. away .
