The 85-square-meter annex is immersed in a 2-hectare olive grove and is independent of the house. It is composed of: a large bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room; it is suitable for families, couples, and individuals who want to spend a relaxing stay, enjoying the infinity pool, the BBQ area, and the garden. All exclusive, we only have one guest at a time. Located in the green hills Sabine is close to all services and well connected to Rome and Fiumicino Airport, car and train.

Immerse yourself in the scenic oasis that this apartment offers. The furnished terrace offers one of the most beautiful views of the place and in the evening it turns into a unique environment with lighting that creates a magical atmosphere. The apartment consists of a small entrance hall with fireplace and equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room with sofa bed on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a children's bedroom. A few steps and you can access the surreal terrace.

In the famous and picturesque San Giovanni della Malva Square, the heart of the nightlife in Trastevere. The two floors exclusive Palace is completely dedicated to our guests. At the first floor there is a 40 square meters suite furnished in an elegant style, with double bed, a comfortable lounge and a bathroom with shower. At the second floor, a 20 square meter room welcomes you with double bed and private bathroom and access to the double level terrace.
