Beautiful spaces - 100 m², in the traditional hamlet of Les Avanchers, 10 minutes from the first ski lifts of Valmorel without walking (Shuttle stop in front of the house). An entrance hall for ski equipment. Ground floor: kitchen-dining room then living room with wood-burning stove and balcony, unobstructed mountain view. A triple bedroom (bunk bed + trundle bed). 1 bathroom with sink and shower, separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 double bedrooms, one with an additional single bed, 1 mezzanine with sofa bed + TV area.

The Cottage des Belhiardes, Lake Annecy

This charming cottage for 4 people is located in a very quiet area close to the lake. Situated in the same grounds as the main house , it has its own garden, with stunning views, but none of the windows overlook each other. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a recently renovated kitchen, Shower room and WC. The lake is 5 mns walking away, the cycling path at the end of our road, and the village of St Jorioz 5 mns on a bike or by car.

Your chalet is perfect for a couple with a baby : a big shared room for 2 adults (King size natural bed 160 cms X 200 cms), a wooden baby bed and changing table and a children bed 70x140 cms (from 3 to 6 year’s old), an open kitchen leading into the living room that can be changed into an adult room, bathroom and a large south-­facing deck.
