Apartment in quiet residential area on Sävastön. Close to Boden Business Park. 30 miles from Luleå & 1 mile from Boden with good bus connections to the both cities. The apartment is close to the golf course & nice natural areas. It is possible to stay overnight up to 5 people then in a 120 cm bed, a sofa bed of 140 cm & an extra mattress on the floor. Private toilet/shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. Check-in must be done before 9 pm & bookings are made by the person who is going to rent the property.

Relax and enjoy this quiet and well-planned accommodation by the sea. The guest house is a separate building on the owner's property with self-catering. Here you live in the middle of nature while you can reach Piteå city center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4, you have only 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make a fire at the barbecue area, pick berries, ski and skate during the winter months. Here you can also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic place all year round!

Good opportunities to see the Northern Lights, the outdoor lighting can be turned off completely if you do not want to get light sources that disturb the view of the sky. Access to wood-fired sauna. Indoor fireplace for coziness. The forest in direct vicinity for, for example, forest skiing trips or hiking in autumn. Rich wildlife with the opportunity to see, among other things, wild mammals and birds of prey. In summer, two kayaks can be rented.
