Villa vacation rentals in Savannah River

Summer was so amazingly responsive! And their home was very comfy and welcoming! So convenient to have golf cart and access to a private beach. Kids couldn’t get enough of it! Beds were so comfy.

Beautiful 15-minute walk to the beach where we got to spot alligators, walk through bridges, and enjoy the serenity of the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. The villa was spotless, and the patio made it so great to have coffee in the morning and relax in the middle of the day.

We had such a good time on vacation at this Air BnB. We will definitely be back! Everything was as described and the Westin amenities were great.

This place was perfect! Excellent location for families with small kids. Also Kristina was extremely responsive and helpful with anything and everything we needed. Would come back!

First time in Hilton Head and we were really happy with our stay. Place was great, spacious, and super conveniently located - walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach! All you could want in a vacation.

We had an amazing stay in Kathy’s villa. Prior to our stay, Kathy provided a detailed manual with an answer to every question we could possible have. My son and his friend enjoyed biking throughout the resort. The beach was a short, enjoyable walk or bike ride away. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this property to others and will consider renting it again on a future trip to Hilton Head.

Very well stocked and beautifully decorated home. All you need to bring is your suitcase! Great location, close to everything. Would definitely return when in Hilton Head.

Excellent stay and Christian was always very responsive. The unit had plenty of space for two adults and four children. We had no issues at all. Everything was functional and the water pressure in the showers was great. The unit is a bit dated, but well kept. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and quick bike ride to the Coligny area. The provided beach gear and rolling cart were great to have. The bikes were too large for our kids, but Christian recommended a place where we could rent the sizes we needed and they were delivered right outside the unit. Overall, this was exactly what we needed for a long weekend family beach trip.

Had a nice stay. The condo was clean and as described. Easy to find on the island and in a good location A couple of notes for those considering booking this location: 1. You will only be allowed to bring two vehicles max. The first is free but the second vehicle will cost you ~$45 after taxes to get through the gate. This condo is behind the guarded gate of the town of Seabrook Island, and you literally will not be given a pass for more than 2 vehicles to get into the community. I feel this is important to highlight since most Airbnb listings are not this strict on number of vehicles. But, since this one is within the gated portion of the community, it is. 2. You will not be able to access most restaurants or other locations INSIDE of the gated portion of the town without getting an amenity card, which costs $40/day for access only. The cost of meals/other services is not included in this $40. We had a nice stay and the property served our groups’ needs!

Akash’s house was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and clean! Everyone was able to sleep comfortably in a bed and there were tons of bathrooms which was great for a big party of girls! The area the house is in was super walkable to shops and the beach, and the pool was super warm and a great bonus! Akash was a great host too. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay - lovely location perfect for our family vacation

Our stay was great and very fun! The property is very large and private. It was very comfortable for a large group and there were lots of water activates as well as lots to do inside. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we had a wonderful weekend.

We had a fabulous stay! The place was beautiful, well appointed and immaculate! Linda and Jay were very easy to work with and communicative throughout the stay. We definitely plan on returning and highly recommend Lookout Lagoon!

We had a wonderful experience with iTrip Charleston, and the beautiful Sea La Vie villa. All pre-booking questions were answered immediately, and the team was highly informative with travel details from check-in/arrival through departure. We felt at home from the moment we walked in to discover welcome treats and a lovely message from Sarah & Steven in this spacious and beautiful villa. The pet-friendly home was well-stocked, nicely decorated, and super cozy - everything we needed for a relaxing break. It’s in a fantastic location - only a short walk to the beach. Overall it was a great stay for us! We mainly only slept there and that was good enough for us. We loved having an elevator for the 3rd floor with a luggage cart! The pool was also an added plus for two little kids and it was never crowded. The private beach access topped it all off!! It was such a short walk right out to the water and being able to come back and spray everything off was perfect!! The added benefit was having 3 beach chairs, a wagon, and some extra beach toys which made packing so much lighter for us. I will suggest it would have been a plus to have an umbrella, but we understand those break and rust easily so that wasn’t a ding to the host at all only a suggestion. We were extremely grateful for the extras that were provided! Since we went sort of towards the end of the season the complex was very peaceful and plenty of shaded parking for us. Overall it was clean, quiet, and family friendly! We would suggest this location and would return again!!!

Nice little place for our family of four. We appreciated the location and easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was nicely stocked with sharp knives and some nicer pots. We also appreciated the nice walk in shower.

Perfect family getaway for Spring Break! Steps from the pool and beach. Property was as advertised. Paid extra for beach chairs which were at the house upon arrival. We rented a golf cart which I’d recommend! Since this property does not come with an amenity pass, we visited Johnson Creek Tavern, Beedo’s, Saltus River Grill in Beaufort, and Shrimp Shack restaurants. All were excellent! Bring your pickleball sets! We will be back.

Very nice property. The whole complex is beautiful with 2 pools. The house was super clean and updated. Short walk to the beach. One thing to keep in mind if traveling with young kids, there are no bath tubs, only showers. It was a little tricky with 2 toddlers but we figured it out. Overall, really nice place!

We really enjoyed our stay in HHI! Villa Alto was in the perfect location, and the proximity to the pool and beach could not be beat! There also was an amazing pirate ship playground within walking distance that we visited daily. Heather and Mark were amazing hosts and were extremely responsive, helpful and understanding. They’re everything you can hope for in a host- highly recommend!

The location was excellent with easy ocean access and a 15 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Bill answered all my questions in a timely manner. In April, the pool was heated and was refreshing after a day of biking on HHI. We rented bikes right across the street at Island Life Rentals and was able to take advantage of the grill at the Hilton right next door. The kitchen had everything we needed for a short 3 night stay.

The updated unit is perfect. Fanatic location next to the tennis facility. Covered parking is a nice plus . The unit is a perfect size and has everything you would need for a lovely, comfortable stay. Cynthia is a wonderful host , we highly recommend!

Booked a last minute trip to Hilton Head with family and could not have been happier we booked here. The unit itself is really nice and is very close to the beach/restaurants/shops at Coligny Park. It was super easy to check-in and communication was great. Will definitely look to rent from here on future trips!
