The Jewel Box more than lived up to expectations and Michael is an excellent host—incredibly responsive and kind. An unexpected amenity were the neighbors—they were very sweet to our children and provided us with additional recommendations for local food. A wonderful stay!

This was an exceptional experience! Kimberly was an outstanding host, always quick to respond to my messages and proactively ensuring everything was perfect. The welcome basket was a lovely touch, the property was very clean and even more beautiful than the pictures. I couldn't have asked for a better stay, and I highly recommend this listing and host to anyone!

Easily accessible to both Tybee island and Downtown Savannah. A quick 5 min drive to grocery stores as well. Host did an amazing job of making our trip stress free.

Great place! I had a lot of fun with my family.

We just spent a week here for an extended family vacation, and what a wonderful trip! The property is on a quiet part of the Lake of Marion and about 15-20 minutes from most restaurants or stores. The pool and the screened-in porch area were our favorites and where we spent most of the week. My kids loved kayaking and fishing off the dock in the mornings before jumping into the pool to spend most of the day. I would definitely advise going grocery shopping and planning a lot of your meals at the house. As mentioned, it’s pretty isolated, and a lot of the places close have limited hours. For food options, I would suggest Fayz on the Lake, Summerton Diner, D&H BBQ, and Thommy Mac’s. The house was wonderful and easily enough room for nine people. Stuart was a great host and provided everything we needed and gave us good local recommendations

Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area. Spacious, clean and perfect for the family. Kids enjoyed the pool and of course, ping pong. Amenities were plentiful! Hristina has all the details covered. We will most definitely be back!

Our stay was amazing. Michael communicated quickly throughout the whole stay. So many cool amenities at the house. Was a great home base for our golf trip!

This place is truly beautiful. It was extremely comfortable, the bed, the couches everything. The pool is a big plus especially with kids. We absolutely loved this house! It was the most perfect location to get to Tybee Beach and to Savannah! The house was exactly as described. The master bed was comfy (and I’m picky). The kitchen was well stocked. The garage set up was perfect for my boys 16 and 12. There is an air conditioner in there that makes it so enjoyable. The pool looks small but is actually perfect for a handful of people. I always judge my rentals pretty hardcore and this was an amazing stay! Thank you for being great hosts!

Great location, close to downtown Savannah with a quick entry and exit off the Interstate. Nice big TV and cozy living room. Kitchen was nice and as well and beds were comfortable.

This is a great place to stay in Savannah. The house was very clean and orderly. We did not care for the mattresses in both bedrooms. They have been well used, saggy, lumpy and in need of replacement. Not comfortable. The A/C vents rattle every time the A/C comes on. The couch in the downstairs living room is also in need of replacement. Not comfortable whatsoever. This was quite disappointing. Other than those 3 things the house was great. The location of the house was great and walkable for all activities, restaurants, shopping and attractions. Sarah was quick on communication and very responsive.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this cute home. It was the perfect size for our family of three. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable and the couch as more comfortable than expected. I appreciated a television in every room and easy access to wifi. Apart from the shower being small we had no complaints. Lelly was very responsive when I had a question. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Savannah.

Beautiful, amazing and perfect for a getaway with friends or romantic stay. Architecturally stunning. Great example of mid-century modern with lots of cut outs, glass and details. Not for the mobile challenged (stairs and a bit of a walk from the car parking) and lots of glass (you give some privacy with other house mates) so if that is not your thing, I wouldn't recommend it. Very quiet except when you open the doors to the waterfall. First day, some water cascading over but after a rain it was all white and mesmerizing. Beds are small but very comfortable. I was able to cook some great meals and they had a lot of items you don't always have, like aluminum foil. Took the hosts recommendation for a vineyard (distillery was the highlight) and a stop in Toccoa, GA. Just book it and enjoy.

This Airbnb is hands down the best we've ever stayed at! It felt just like home with everything we needed and more. The aesthetic was amazing, and the location was perfect—only 25 minutes from Tybee Island and a few minutes to downtown. The price point was spot on. I would recommend this place over and over again. The hosts were incredibly helpful without being overbearing. A truly fantastic experience!

My husband and I LOVED our time in Savannah! Paul’s place was perfect! It was nice to come back to after a long day in the sun! It was super clean and no convenience was overlooked. There was even a tea kettle so I could enjoy my morning tea!!! Thank you so much for hosting us!!! We will definitely be back!!!

It’s a lovely place. Very clean. Figuring out parking was a challenge. More information or clearer information on how to plan for that would’ve been great. The stairs were not that bad. The thing that was disappointing was that all the views we had were of major renovations happening all around the property, with who I assume are the neighbors. The view out the front was looking directly down and into a large dumpster. The view out back was a fairly demolished courtyard and portapotty. The workers rested on our stairs, etc. I realize this is outside of their control but at least a warning would have been appreciated. Otherwise, it’s close to a great many things. It was clean. It was well appointed. I would recommend overall.

A great place for a family! We enjoyed coffee on the front porch and dinner on back B patio. We xx were also grateful for beach towels and chairs!

Awesome place to stay whether passing through or staying a while!

What a beautiful home! Everything was spotless and there were such fun beach equipment, etc to use. The kitchen has wonderful amenities and is easy to use. The beds were very comfortable and all of the bedrooms were large with plenty of closet space. The neighborhood was lovely and we even walked the area a few times. This was such an enjoyable get away for us. We were only a few miles from River Street in one direction and Tybee Island in the other.

Michael thought of every possible detail. He had any item in the home that you could possibly need. It was so handy having laundry on site, and they even provided laundry soap and softener so that we did not have to purchase. He was very responsive and even checked in the 2nd day we were there to ensure we did not have any issues. I would recommend this air bnb to anyone in the area.
