Beautiful bright approx. 70 m² apartment with large terrace. Very quiet location on the edge of the field. Bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Private access to the apartment. Parking in the yard and on the street. Sandbox, swing, slide and children's vehicles await you. Fresh eggs from our own chickens, seasonal fruits and vegetables as well as honey from our own bees can be purchased.

From the living area with TV, you enter the separate bedroom with a solid wooden bed. In the living area, the cozy 1.60 m wide pull-out couch can also be used as an additional sleeping place. Bright, new 1-room apartment (non-smoking!) welcomes its guests with a lot of comfort. The main room has a sitting area, dining area, work area and a 140 cm wide bed. A small, fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher invites you to cook. The bathroom, like the whole apartment, is completely new and modern. Parking (with 22 kW wallbox) in front of the house is easy and thanks to the ground-level access, the entire apartment is barrier-free.

The apartment in the heart of Zornheim is 55 square meters and suitable for max. four people. It is located on the first floor of a two-family house and consists of a living room, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a hallway with a wardrobe and infrared/heat cabin. The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2018. The landlords live upstairs. Note: Non-smoking apartment. Pets not allowed.

Surrounded by nature reserves and also many wineries, short destinations are easily accessible on foot or by bike. Mainz, Wiesbaden, Eltville are approx. 20 minutes, Rüdesheim or Frankfurt in 30-40 minutes (by car). The apartment is in our detached house, with separate entrance and terrace and is suitable for families with up to 2 children.

You can expect a small place to stay in the middle of the beautiful wine village Schwabenheim an der Selz. The apartment has its own staircase from the courtyard and is very quiet. All around are great wineries, which invite you to many festivals, especially in the spring and summer. Schwabenheim is also a paradise for hikers and cyclists. Within walking distance of the apartment you can start beautiful hiking tours.

Our lovingly furnished bright apartment, is about 40 square meters in size, has its own entrance and is located in the heart of Rheinhessen between Mainz and Alzey (each 15 min). Equipped with a new kitchen a bedroom with cozy 1.60 double bed and a TV. A bright daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. Shower gel, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available free of charge.
