Gorgeous country hideout with views close to all ✨

Open floor plan on the first floor; living room (did I mention we have a wood burning fireplace), dining room that seats 10 people comfortably around the table with 2 large glass doors that open up to a large deck with a picnic table (with an amazing view since we are pretty high up) and kitchen (fully equipped). Aside from the cozy living room that has two sofas and a large comfy chair there is also a sofa in the dining room. Plenty of room to spread out/come together. See below for all rooms.

The Mushroom Palace (Hot Tub, Sauna & Cold Plunge)

This isn't your typical bougie & hip upstate Airbnb, it's definitely not too modern and it definitely ain't the prettiest but it's got some soul and dope vibes. This was the first property I bought when I moved upstate and me, my dog and roommates lived here for years before I started renting it! It's a great space for an affordable getaway for a couple (with your pet!) or for a group of homies. Centrally located within 10 mins to Woodstock, Hunter, Saugerties, Kingston, etc - come relax <3

Convenient Cottage

Whether you're in the area for the horse shows in the warmer months or skiing in the colder months our conveniently located cottage is perfect for you. Not only are we Just a couple miles off of the thruway, we are less than a 10 minute drive from town. If you're looking to explore Hunter/Tannersville area, you're in luck, as that is less than a 30 minute drive as well. We are pet friendly with a small fenced in area to let them out and access to a large field to let your dogs run.

Set on the beautiful Esopus Creek, this lovely 2 BR, 2 bath home is perfect for a get-away w/family, friends or a romantic or creative retreat. It's just a 15-20 minute drive to the quaint Village of Saugerties, Kingston, Woodstock & Rhinebeck. Sit & watch the river run by on the screened porch or on the deck down by the river's edge, bbq (4 burner gas stove), play board games, take a kayak or swim in the river. Kitchen w/full amenities. Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved.

The Stone Cottage Close to HITS

In the 1700s Queen Anne of the Netherlands gifted a parcel of land to her Dutch subjects, the Schoonemakers. The family built a stone cottage, from which they cultivated acres of orchards in the Hudson Valley. Today, you can stay in this 275-year old stone cottage and enjoy its modern kitchen, European bath, wide-plank pine floors and sun lit bedrooms. Half a mile away, you'll find Falling Waters preserve with hiking trails through the woods and down to the Hudson River.
