This is the third time we've stayed at Nilma's apartment… that says a lot about our opinion of the place. The apartment is well equipped, we loved the space and location. This time we had a small setback with the air-conditioners in the rooms, but it was quickly resolved. I hope we can get back soon.

The apartment is fully equipped, very comfortable, the location is unbeatable, the rooms are spacious except for the balcony, it is very small compared to the rest of the spaces, the only issue to highlight is the lack of electric heating and another important fact is that the smallest room does not have air conditioning, it only has a dehumidifier and a fan, if you are a very sensitive to the heat, the nights may not be very pleasant

Excellent location! We walked to Farol da Barra beach and Porto da Barra beach. Shopping Barra is a few meters from Flat as well. It has several hortifrutis, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies near the site. Great cost benefit! The Host is super nice and I request! We would definitely return at other times!

The best place we could choose to stay. Two blocks from the beach, the area is very quiet and one block away there is a supermarket. The house is amazing and the pool gives it a huge plus, since it gets dark early, at 6 pm it's already dark and getting home and having the pool to cool off was the best! There is also an outdoor shower, next to the pool, which was very useful after arriving from the beach. The terrace, which is in front of the pool, is also very good, with two tables, ideal for eating there, and especially at night, since there is wind and it is nice to cool off there. On the other hand, the house's facilities, everything was excellent and impeccable. The bedrooms, closet and bathrooms are very spacious and nice! We would definitely stay in this place again, totally recommended! Vitor was very kind, welcomed us very warmly and always responded very quickly, very good communication, plus he let us in ahead of time, and that's really appreciated!

Rebeca is always very helpful and trying to resolve all the items we communicated, the house was very clean and it was a very comfortable and fun weekend for the family! To make the space even more perfect, it would need better pool furniture, the chairs are broken and there is a risk of the elderly having an accident. And a pool umbrella for the children's pool area. I would also organize the space in the house for the employees to sleep.

The structure of the building is great, but the highlight we give is the apartment's balcony: side view to the sea, equipped with a hammock... a charming place to have coffee, we love it. The apartment matches the description exactly, with a good shower and air-conditioning that handles the Salvador heat. Viviane, as a host, was wonderful. She answered all our questions, forwarded suggestions for bars, restaurants, tours and was always available to make our stay in Salvador the best possible, in addition to the attention she gave us at check-in.
