The house is exactly like in the descriptions, with an excellent backyard and a wonderful fruit plantation. The owners are amazing people and extremely attentive to guests. And, to improve, they are still keen to leave cane, aipim and other products from the vegetable garden itself. We love everything! Note: An electric shower would be ideal, but nothing a stove does not solve

Quiet place, excellent to rest, house all assembled. Host provided the necessary support. I intend to return again in the summer to enjoy the passage and enjoy the sun, as it is raining today. The negative point is the difficulty of access to PCD.

It was a very pleasant three days in Fernanda's house, her parents welcomed us very well, they are kind and pleasant people, we felt at home the children were very happy in the pool, all the electronic devices worked perfectly except the oven outside. The barbecue is wonderful and we can grill every 3 days of our stay, the neighborhood was friendly, a very calm place with beautiful beaches nearby. The pool was cleaned every day by an employee, there are two bathrooms one wider with cold water shower and another small one with shower with hot water, two bedrooms had air conditioning and two bedrooms with fans, the house was very clean and we found all the utensils for cooking, it was an excellent stay and we intend to return, as well as we recommend the house to other people, we were 13 people in total being 5 children and 8 adults , communication with hosts was straightforward and responded to me quickly. We are grateful!

The house is very well located. It has the necessary items kitchen and bedrooms. In front of the beach, calcadão, marina da Ponte. The use of the common pool area was quiet and everyone respected each other. Easy check-in and check-out.

Augusto's house looks a lot like the ad, clean, comfortable, air-conditioned rooms and everything is very nice. The entrance to the condominium is a little weird, but those responsible for the guardhouse are very attentive. The path to the beach (which is wonderful) is very short and passes through a river that when the tide is low is super quiet, but when it is high it is a little scary (we chose to go to another beach that has a structure of huts that is a 5-minute drive). The only inconvenience was the pool, which was not suitable for use. According to the responsible guy (I don't remember his name now, but he's a super nice, pleasant and helpful guy) she had a problem that was making the water color cloudy. For us it was not a big problem, because the idea was really to enjoy the beach. For those who want to relax for a few days in the midst of nature, it's really worth it!

Excellent experience. Excellent apartment in a well-maintained condominium with a great pool, elevator and in front of the marina of the paradisiacal Itaparica Island. Best location on the island. The host and her husband were very considerate and friendly at all times. Great condo and apt for kids too.

the house besides being comfortable, spacious and well located, it is very cozy. excellent to go with family and/or friends, as it has many beds and air-conditioning in the bedrooms, because it is close to the terminal we had easy to go to other beaches in the area and still has everything nearby: markets, butchers, pharmacies, bakery and etc. She even had the bonus of the super attentive and proactive host, always with easy contact. We love hosting so much, we will definitely come back!

Itaparica is a very pleasant and bucolic place for those looking for peace and quiet. The house is very well located 2 blocks from the boulevard and the beach, also close to the bakery, market and shopping mall. The house is spacious with many bedrooms (all air-conditioned), clean and fragrant bed linen, a dining room and a very comfortable TV room. The outdoor area has a gourmet atmosphere integrated with the pool, which is great for both adults and children. Excellent stay for the family to enjoy moments of leisure. Very helpful and attentive host. I am grateful for the hospitality. I highly recommend it.
