Get cozy and settle into this rustic space. We have lovingly and ecologically renovated our construction trailer, trying to preserve the old. There is a large bed (2.50 m x 2.00 m), a wood-burning stove that makes it cozy and warm, a gas stove, an outdoor shower that is turned off in frost and a compost toilet. You are in the middle of our small farm in a single location with an organic shop. Train station - Sandhagen (Rostock-Wismar) in 700 m as the crow flies. Beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Otherwise, by bus and train.

I have a vacation apartment here with 64 square meters of living space. It is all on the ground floor, so it is also age-appropriate. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, where an extra bed is possible in the larger one. The kitchen is fully equipped. The terrace invites you to sit comfortably and barbecue. The apartment is located between the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde. All beaches are within half an hour. The Baltic Sea can be reached in 14 km, forest and meadows on the Kühlung - the Way of St. James leads through the village and the hiking trail starts in front of the door. The deer jump on the edge of the horse paddock and if you look closely, you will see the fox and, depending on the season, the wild geese or cranes flying over the farm. Our central location makes us an ideal base for excursions to Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn and Rostock. The car can be left behind, thanks to the connection to public transport. Upon arrival, a visitor's tax is charged, which is €2/person in the high season and €1/person in the low season. Pet fee per night €10

Each room has a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped from the coffee machine to the dishwasher. The small highlight for bad weather is a PlayStation 5 that can be used. The apartment is at ground level.

On 120 m² you can vacation with the whole family in Rostock. A child-friendly bedroom with bunk bed (90 × 200), toys and play tent, another bedroom with large double bed (180 × 200), a workplace, as well as a living room with electric fireplace and 75-inch TV with sound system as a highlight await you. The living room opens into an open kitchen with a large table and modern kitchen. Here, two more people can sleep in the pull-out day bed (160 × 200).

Álfheimar translated - World of elves and fairies is what I called my old, fresh, elaborately and ecologically renovated circus wagon. Here you enter a completely separate universe on the edge of the property with a unique view of the nature reserve. It is a place made for retreat and encounter with oneself and hidden archaic wisdoms but also for reading, writing, painting, dancing or simply looking into the distance, dreaming.

Cute little 1-room apartment 'Strandkoje' with spacious kitchen and large bathroom, about 38 square meters. Ground floor in the middle of the promenade and shopping street of Kühlungsborn-Ost. The extension of the pier is the beach road with many cafes, restaurants, boutiques and the brewery. Here the beach hut is slightly set back about 500 m from the beach. A Mediterranean terrace with two beach chairs invites you to relax.

Welcome to our farm in Jürgenshagen. In the middle of our village you can enjoy the rural atmosphere. Our small and newly renovated apartment in the attic can be reached via a shared staircase. The apartment has a hallway, a kitchen with dining table and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with large double bed, sofa and TV. In our beautiful garden, you are welcome to choose a place to linger.
