Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. There is a private parking space and everything is within walking distance - the old town of Sassnitz, the harbour of Sassnitz, the chalk cliffs, the train station, the supermarket,......

Villa Maria, Pavilion with Terrace

The terrace leads to the pavilion. Inside there is a living room with a kitchenette. A 4-ring induction cooktop, oven and dishwasher as well as kettle, coffee maker and microwave are also provided. The couch has a sleeping function and the smart TV is 49". From the separate bedroom you can get to the shower bath with toilet. The box spring bed is 1.80 meters wide.
