The location is excellent, walking you reach everywhere. The facilities are extremely well maintained, top quality, clean and tidy, and the attention received in terms of amenities and other things has been optimal. The accommodation is highly recommended and if I returned to Matera I would not hesitate to stay in the same apartment.

Very well located accommodation, close to the Duomo and Sasso Barisano, in a small charming and peaceful street. Alessio was very responsive by message and gave good tips, especially to tell us about a nearby parking lot. The accommodation is very well furnished, comfortable and equipped. Did we have a great time in Avignon? I recommend to fully enjoy the heart of Matera whether it is early in the morning before the crowd arrives or in the evening with the Sassi lit up, it is magical!

Great accommodation within walking distance of downtown Altamura. Brand new apartment just renovated with all comforts. Excellent breakfast in the places chosen by Irene both for the quality and for the exquisite owners. Irene is a truly responsive and present host, ready both before and during to respond to every request in a thorough and very fast way, both for our needs and for information on nearby places. The property, in addition to being a stone's throw from the center of Altamura with restaurants nearby, is perfect for reaching all the most beautiful locations in both Puglia and Basilicata, but especially the Sassi di Matera, a wonderful place.

Fantastic experience! A quiet room in the heart of Altamura but sheltered from chaos, despite being on the ground floor, it remains very quiet. The room literally had EVERYTHING. Michele is a super friendly, responsive, welcoming host. Highly recommended!!

Rachel is simply a treasure of kindness. Super available to vary check-in times and very friendly: upon our arrival he made us find an exquisite aperitif and also in the morning when you wake up a very good breakfast prepared by you. The house is furnished with the taste of an excellent antique enthusiast, each room is full of unique pieces matched with maximum taste. The two balconies make the house even more beautiful, having the opportunity to drink or eat something out there. The air conditioning system is in every room, so also perfect for hot summers. The central location and the really low price for the amenities and accommodation available. If we happen to be in the area, we will definitely come back to say goodbye to Rachele❣️

Marco was kind, helpful and super flexible even when we asked him to leave the apartment well past the normal check-out time. Nice, clean and quiet apartment with a really lovely outdoor space. We had a really good time both we and our furry friends

I'm never wordy with my reviews but Maria was such an amazing host that it added the extra touch to our stay. Maria was responsive and helped in every way and so welcoming. Maria's home was so lovely, we stayed for a month and it felt like our home, I was not disappointed at all. If you plan to work the WiFi was great it supported all the video calling. As previously mentioned the home does have many stairs but dont let that be a discouragement, think of it as getting your exercise for the day, we would stay here again. The location is just perfect, having all the necessary needs just within steps. The locals were so welcoming we just felt part of the town. Thank you Maria for a wonderful stay and experience, we will defiitnetly return and stay in your wonderful home again.

A wonderful restoration on an old building just beneath the old town. It's a short walk to the point where the main restaurants are. The apartment was spotless and very peaceful.
