Apartment vacation rentals in Sassi di Matera

Dora et son conjoint nous ont magnifiquement accueilli, beaucoup de conseils; des adresses de bons restaurants, ils se sont renseignés sur nos attentes et nous ont donnés plusieurs conseils à cet effet. L’appartement est vaste, lumineux, bien équipé et magnifiquement situé. Nous recommandons sans aucune restriction ce logement. Si je repasse par Matera; j’y relogerai!! Merci Robert et Carol

È la terza volta che veniamo a Matera e che alloggiamo nell’appartamento di Biagio. Che dire, è sempre una garanzia. Gentilezza e disponibilità nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Ci sentiamo sempre come a casa. Grazie!

Sono stati tre giorni meravigliosi : Matera un vero gioiellino da visitare assolutamente, ma la chicca è stato l’appartamento di Bruna. Vorrei sottolinearne l’estrema pulizia ( notata anche nei minimi particolari ), l’appartamento sembra nuovissimo per quanto è tenuto bene e l’enorme vasca spa con idromassaggio e cromoterapia una coccola unica. Ogni dettaglio è curato con estrema attenzione . Mi è capitato in passato che gli appartamenti selezionati potessero avere qualcosa di diverso dalla descrizione . Invece qui è stato tutto perfetto, al di sopra delle aspettative . Bruna ci ha fatto trovare addirittura acqua, caffè , dolcetti e quant’altro per due colazioni ( assolutamente non incluse) . Abbiamo dormito meglio che a casa su dei materassi e cuscini comodissimi . A chiunque mi chiederà qualcosa su Matera consiglierò di alloggiare in questo appartamento. Sehr moderne Wohnung, die alles hat was man braucht. Man ist in ca. 15-20 Minuten Fußweg in der Innenstadt von Matera. Das Auto kann man an der Straße vor der Tür abstellen.

Le logement est très bien situé et idéal pour 4 personnes. Zone calme et stationnement facile à proximité, à quelques minutes des sassi . Nous n avons pas cuisiné mais il y avait de l 'équipement.

Buona location e appartamento esattamente come in foto e da descrizione. Comunicare con Daniela è stato semplice e le indicazioni che ci ha fornito sono state estremamente chiare. Posizione centrale ver visitare Matera ...lo consiglio .

This was a blissful stay. Petronela is a great person. She was more than kind and hospitable. The apartment is beautiful. Every detail was perfect. She even brought me a home cooked meal. The location is lovely. The streets, cafes, stores. The people around were happy and helpful. Even the temperature was just divine. The train stops close by. I recommend this place, for sure. For a real getaway. You deserve it.

Logement fonctionnel, très propre, bien équipé, calme et tout à côté de la vieille ville . Le logement est spacieux et convient parfaitement à une famille de quatre personnes car la chambre est grande avec un grand lit et deux lits simples !

Appartement calme et très fonctionnel, accès facile en voiture pour les bagages puis parking gratuit à proximité; possibilité d'aller à pied visiter les sassi et le centre touristique de Matera. Très bien.

Appartamento arredato con gusto e cura. Completo di tutto anche di un comodo parcheggio. Centrale per una visita di Gravina a piedi. Host gentile e ospitale.

The location is fantastic, absolutely central in Matera. You are direktly in the heart of Sassi. The apartment is indescribably great. I love the cave apartment. It is one of my best stay ever. The communication is excellent. We had a really good time there. If i visit Matera again, i will definitely stay here again.

Super Appartment und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist grossartig um Matera zu erkunden. Der Parkplatz ist ein tolles Plus. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Leonardantonio est extrêmement accueillant. Il est très affectif et de très bon conseil pour la visite de sa magnifique ville, Matera.

Our stay was absolutley fanatastic. To stay in the old town of Matera was wonderful. Our party of 6, 3 couples, enjoyed the whole experience immensley. A wonderful touch was the breakfast basket each morning from the local bakery. Outstanding on all fronts.

We stayed in Nico's beautiful apartment for 5 days and used it as a perfect base to explore not only Matera but also other nearby tourist gems like Alberobello. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the entrance of the Sassi and conveniently close to a multi-storey car park. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with a fully functional kitchen. The quiet location, combined with blackout blinds in the bedrooms, made for an exceptionally peaceful night’s sleep. Communication in English was excellent and our arrival was well coordinated. Highly recommend "Le Ferule" for anyone wanting a comfortable, well-located place to stay while exploring Matera and the surrounding area!

Very nice, clean place to stay in Ruvo. Really comfortable and close to the train. I was only there one night but it was perfect for my situation. The only drawback is wifi only works in the main room so if you want to play on your phone or ipad while you’re lying bed, you won’t have service.

LOVEEE THIS! IT WAS PERFECT! The villa was perfectly peaceful and serene in the middle of small town Conversano. Right next to the town center with lots of places to eat! Could not recommend it enough!!! You would not regret booking it!

Silvia ‘s place is great for our group because there are 2 units in the same buildings. As we are unable to communicate in Italian, there is a bit of confusion how to meet with Silvia for checkin. Silvia is very quick response and provides many good suggestions for locals visit. The place is very peaceful, nice and clean. If you want to have the parking garage, you are required to inform Silvia in advance for fee. There is some street parking for free. If you like to park on street near the rental, that could be challenge to find one. Do not be surprised if you see many trash all around in front of the building. Once, you enter the building that would be clean.

We had a great stay and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Polignano a Mare! Vito and Valeria were very helpful and friendly throughout all communications and were flexible with our last minute check in which we really appreciated. The place was clean and very comfortable - it was even better than we had expected. Perfectly positioned within walking distance to the centre, but still quiet and peaceful. The jacuzzi on the rooftop is great too. We would definitely stay again!

We were very pleased to be met at the door as we arrived & taken into the apartment & shown around. Excellent location, midway between the central railway station & the old town. Facilities of very high standard.

L'appartement est très bien placé à proximité de l'aéroport, très propre et spacieux. Floriana nous a bien indiqué la marche à suivre pour notre arrivée tardive le soir, ce qui a facilité notre entrée dans les lieux (nous n'avions jamais fait une arrivée autonome auparavant).
