Ideal location : you just have to cross the park to reach the sea facilities (beach, fishermen, kids playground, parking lot, ...) The house itself is small (small bedrooms) but perfectly located. The dining room is oriented due-west so you can enjoy the sunset on the sea every night.

Elle à été entièrement rénovée en 2019 en logement d'habitation d'une surface de 80 m² et dispose d'un terrain de 1800 m². Vous y trouverez un grand nombre d'équipements pour votre confort.
