The building is a monument building therefore regularly maintained in a demanding condominium. The apartment has been completely renovated with the aim of, among other things, a modern look and the complete satisfaction of the guests. Access can be arranged with a key safe on request. Here you can really hide from the outside world. In our smaller apartment, you can feel like a fox in its safe den. You can relax in our cozy, well-equipped apartment with your loved one, or even with the children, to relax from the fatigue of everyday life. The proximity of the forest ensures fresh air that permeates every pore. Sitting on the terrace of the entrance, you can listen undisturbed to the rustling of the trees and be a part of the life of forest animals.

Pécs abszolút központjában, a Széchenyi tértől 4 perc sétára található. Amire szüksége lehet ,rövid sétával be tudja szerezni. Az 1800-as években épült, 2020-ban teljesen felújított, egyedi stílusú, 4m belmagasságú 76 m2-es nagypolgári lakás. A szálláshely körül több őrzött parkoló található. A lakás hálószobával, konyha-nappalival, nagy fürdőszobával, és egy különálló WC-vel rendelkezik. A lakásban van wifi, kábel TV, és klíma.

Green Apartment

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

R&L Apartment // City center

Our modern, youthful accommodation is a comfy place in the city center of Pécs, only 100 meters far from Király street. The first-floor apartment is equipped with wide range of amenities (e.g. Netflix, wifi, Nespresso coffee machine) and a perfect accommodation up to 4 people, with magnificent view of the Mecsek Hill. Enjoy the benefits of the apartment, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Artsy studio apartment

It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother. From 5 minutes’ walk from city centre there is an elegant flat with its own atmosphere. Its main entrance at the ground floor is equipped with numeric look, its windows look on to South to gardens of Tettye Forrásház. Cosy and comfortable home with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Free parking zone 200 meters from the apartment.

Földszinti garzonlakást alakítottuk ki apartmanná. Teljesen felújított, modern bútorokkal berendezett. Középpontban a kikapcsolódás, nyugalom, kényelem helyezkedik el. Studio apartment on ground floor. Recently renovated, decorated using modern furniture. Our main concern was to create a cosy place to relax and hang back.

Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Többi apartmanunkhoz hasonlóan itt is próbáltunk egyedi dizájnt létrehozni és úgy érezzük ez sikerült is, de ezt ne mi döntsük el. Gyere, próbáld ki ! :)
