We arrived earlier than agreed, but Andrei noticed us and immediately offered to check in so we didn't wait. This was the first sign that hospitality is really up to par here. We traveled 300 kilometers, rushed, and in all the hustle and bustle I had forgotten the coals for the barbecue. I shared this with Andrei, and he, without thinking, immediately offered to give us charcoal or wood – totally free of charge. Thanks to him, we were able to have a so desirable barbecue without wasting time looking for shops. We also asked him for recommendations regarding sights in the area. Share useful information about Snezhanka Cave, one of themostbeautiful places one can visit as well as thenearest and accessible shops. The house was extremely well heated. The outside temperature was -9°C, but we enjoyed the comfortable 24°C inside. Andrei assured us that if we needed anything he was close by and only a message would come through – and it really was. What a beautiful place ! We enjoyed our short stay tremendously ( the kids esspecially ) . The entire Vila was clean, stocked and beautifully furnished . The host went out of her way to help us with check in and accommodations. We will definitely return again , if we come back to the area again .

We are more than pleased with our stay at Leshten Guest Homes. The villa we booked looked exactly like the pictures uploaded in the app. The host was extremely nice and responsive, replying to our messages within minutes. The living room was very spacious and the big glass walls offered a stunning view of the mountain and the garden. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were really comfortable. The duvets were very soft, the pillows were fluffy and the linen was fresh. Outside, on the porch, there are a table and stools where you can enjoy your morning coffee and take in the beautiful nature surrounding the villa. There is also a barbecue provided for the guests to cook if they want to. In the kitchen, there are plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, cooking pots, etc. at the guests’ disposal. Coffee, as a complimentary gift, was left for us at the villa upon our arrival. All in all, the villa is a great value for the money we paid and we would enjoy booking it again in the future.

The villa is at a perfect location, right near the shops and restaurants, yet far enough to be peaceful and quiet. It has a good backyard, plenty of parking space, as well as a good walkable route up and down the drive towards the rest of Cigov Chark. Will recommend!

Our stay with Vanya was extremely enjoyable. Communication was quick and seamless. The place extremely clean and cozy. Everyone, involved, and the kids felt very well. Downtown is 10 minutes away, there are grocery stores nearby and a park with a slide and swings for children to entertain. Thebiggest amenity for us was that the aqua park was very close, 2-3 minutes walk and after a beach one can quickly come home and rest. I highly recommend Vanya's place, we would love to stay there again on our next visit to Velingrad!

Good apartment with super location, closed to center, restaurants and bars, suitable for family with children. Nice host with super quick reaction for everything we needed, very hospitable.
