Great location right in the centre of town and next to the gondola. Frosina was proactive in communicating and a lovely host. The place was very clean, spacious and had incredible facilities.

The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help, ensuring we had everything we needed. The house itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the comforts one could ask for. Every detail was carefully thought out, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. The outdoor area was just as impressive, offering breathtaking views, peaceful surroundings, and plenty of space to relax. Whether enjoying a morning coffee on the terrace or a late-night chat under the stars, every moment was special. The location is ideal for a tranquil escape while still being close to nature and local attractions. Overall, this was one of the best guesthouse experiences we’ve ever had. We had a great stay in this apartment. Olga was extremely responsive and friendly, and the apartment matched the description and images given. Only a short walk into town and to the gondola which was perfect for us, as while being close to amenities , it was quiet and out of the bustle. Really well equipped with towels, bedding and kitchen equipment, however we felt that more bowls and knives would be needed, as we had to share one for our noodles 😂😂. Overall a great experience, and we would definitely stay again x

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It was incredibly spacious, with enough large and comfortable bedrooms to accommodate our group perfectly. The entire house was well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay- from toiletries to a welcome basket with food. The welcome was warm and thoughtful, making us feel at home right away. A highlight was definitely the outdoor hot pool – even in December, we were able to enjoy it under all weather conditions, which was such a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed space to unwind with friends or family. We’ll definitely be back!

Communication with the host was great at the start and then was put in contact with the management company who was also very responsive and proactive. I had one fault with the facilities in the apartment and between the management company and host they provided alternative solutions and resolved the issue. Location is great as you can cross the road and be on the ski road down to the gondola. I booked my ski rental and pass separately however I am now aware there is a rental shop right next door to the apartment and they can arrange this with discount. It was our first family ski holiday and we are considering Bansko again for next time and if we go again we would definitely stay at the apartment again.
