Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

The unit was on the 3rd floor (rooftop), so if you are traveling with senior, it’s not advisable since malalaki steps ng stairs. Malaki ang balcony. The room was just right for 4pax. Mainit sa tanghali, di kaya ng AC, so good thing may electric fan to help circulate the air. Plates were a bit small, we were 4 and had 4 plates. So wala kami magamit pang serving plate. We were able to cook sa terrace since not allowed to cook inside, which is ok lang. CR was okay naman, with bidet, flush & hot water. Pero maliit yung drainage so matagal mawala water sa floor pag naligo ka. I liked that they have free drinking water, and it was self-check in. So nakapasok kami with no issues even at 12 midnight.

We had a wonderful stayed at Boots place. The place was close to everything. The unit was clean. Communication was very good. We'll stay again here next time. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

Thank you Sir Mel. My family enjoyed your place. Very generous with toiletries that we do not need to use ours. Place is quiet and safe, we slept very well. Both rooms upstairs has bathroom and another 1 downstairs that is very helpful for us coz we do not need to wait for each other to finish. Fully airconditioned even downstairs. It also has a room for house maid which is useful for us coz we brought our helper with us that day. TV has netflix 😍 One thing I will suggest is if you can install big mirrors in the rooms as it is difficult to prepare and do makeup in small mirrors in the bathroom. But overall this is perfect. 👌 next time we need to do something in Muntinlupa area, I will book this again.

Mep's unit is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! 1) It has everything you could need—from a mini oven to an extension cord. 2) Super clean, tidy, and very well organized. 3) The internet connection is great. (Around 50-70 Mbps) 4) The place is peaceful, yet conveniently surrounded by hospitals, KFC, McDonald's, and 7-Eleven—all within walking distance. 5) Mep is incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend staying here and would happily book again!

Tita Loida is very accommodating. Never had a problem with anything. Place feels very homey and comfortable. Accessible to stores so you won’t worry about buying stuff. Will definitely go back again! ☺️

The Sunset house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood in Lucban. It is near a hospital, supermarket and church. The house itself is beautiful, homey and comfortable with lots of space. The caretaker, Susan, is friendly, approachable and easy to contact. We didnt have any problems with the accommodation, only that it was really cold during our stay and the blankets were not thick enough. But it is very minor. Overall, the place is worth the bucks. PS: bed is super comfy

very nice place we enjoy the karaoke, playing cards, scrabble and play the billiards and basketball with self court. the place is relaxing and peaceful, i feel like home. and the host is very easy to deal with and the caretaker ateng is very approachable, they are very nice. hope to comeback there and looking forward to the pool to covered so we can swim even its sunny. The host was incredibly easy to communicate with—she promptly answered all my questions and even suggested helpful options. She also gave us thoughtful considerations, which we truly appreciated, especially since we were celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday at the property. We’re very grateful! The house itself is spacious and perfectly suited for our big family. It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The pool was a great bonus, especially since the beach was at low tide during our stay—having the pool as an alternative made a big difference. I highly recommend this place and am already planning to book it again for our next event!

The room was nice and clean, with strong air conditioning that made our stay very comfortable. The area outside the room is covered by CCTV, so we felt safe the whole time. The host was friendly and very responsive to all our requests. Great experience overall! Highly recommended 😁

The place exceeded our expectation, the place was great, just a walk away from public transportation and mall. Everything that we needed was there (wifi, towels, toiletries, drinking water, coffee, kitchenwares, place to hang laundries, etc.). It was a great deal with a friendly host and we will definitely stay here again the next time we visit our relatives in Lucena. Thank you for the experience!

it is a safe place to stay and very near to the market, church, drugstore and just a few minutes away from Kamay ni Hesus. Commendable.

Cindy’s place was clean. Complete with cooking utensils. Had plenty of room and bathrooms. It was quiet that we had a good nights rest. It’s conveniently located by the diversion. Cindy provided fresh fruits and beautiful flowers for my family and I to enjoy. Cindy was a great host.

If you really want to get away with stress then this is the place for you. Peaceful, quiet and private place that I would highly recommend. Wish the refrigirator is bigger so if we want to stay longer then we can keep more food. But nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and will surely book again!

Sobrang accessible nung place! We booked this unit kasi need namin ng malapit sa concert venue (SM Southmall Events Hall), and it was super convenient. Pero mas okay po sana kung nakasagad yung sofa sa wall para hindi masyadong malapit sa TV, since ang laki ng screen. Tapos maybe a lower working table in between the TV and the sofa would be better. Pero overall, 5 stars pa rin—we had a great stay!

We had a great stay here! The place is relaxing and accessible to a lot of restaurants. Host is responsive and was able to check in early. Plus it is a pet friendly!
