Communication with Marine and hospitality from Virginie were remarkable. Marine had sent us all the necessary documents before the stay and always responded quickly and efficiently. Upon our arrival, Virginie's reception was very friendly, pleasant and her explanations were complete. Throughout the stay, Virginie was available and extremely kind. I highly recommend his grocery store in the village of Piana (Castellani). The products are excellent (cold cuts, cheese, condiments...). And what to say about the Villa and its magical location. A breathtaking view of the gulf and a magnificent infinity pool gave a unique setting to this stay. The house is carefully decorated and very tasteful. Everything predisposes to well-being in this villa. Thanks to both of you for this timeless moment.

We felt very comfortable in the clean, modernly furnished house and were able to relax perfectly! The terrace is wonderfully overlooking the mountains and not visible, so with absolute privacy. A small pool and deck chairs invite you to refresh and relax, simply wonderful! The described occasional noise from the neighboring construction site hardly affected us. The contact with Charlotte was perfect, she was always available and the tips and restaurant suggestions were great. The bedroom upstairs offers beautiful views of the mountains. The bathroom is relatively small but clean and modern with a nice shower. However, the toilet is on the ground floor and not in the bathroom, which did not bother us. We only missed a full-length mirror. Air conditioning in the bedroom and living room is available, which works well and was absolutely necessary at temperatures above 30° in early June. The location is great, car necessary!

we greatly enjoyed our stay! We were still able to book very last minute and everything was tip top in order! Sylvie was a very friendly host, we immediately felt at home. the cottage and pool were perfect. supermarket and bakery nearby.

We had a great stay at Valerie’s beautiful house. The house is spacious and very well equipped. We especially loved the terrace with the wonderful pool and the magnificent garden. The whole atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Valerie gave great suggestions when I asked about a patisserie to get a birthday cake, a good butcher for a barbecue, etc.. And Sahila who checked us in and out was very friendly and nice.

Beautiful villa, very clean and well appointed. Peaceful setting with great beaches close by and interesting places to visit. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful, provided great beach and restaurant recommendations. We had a wonderful holiday and were sad to leave!

We stayed in this fantastic house for a week with 8 adults and 5 children. We have all traveled extensively and rented numerous Airbnb apartments, but the villa in Cala Rossa is by far the most beautiful place we have ever had. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. The location right on the beach is just amazing - you wake up in the morning and look at the sea, have breakfast on the terrace with the same beautiful view and are right on the beach. Our children were overjoyed and could also play wonderfully in the large garden. Hostess Nelly was super nice and helpful and brought us a new one on Easter Sunday 30 minutes after we told her that the coffee machine was broken. The house and kitchen are equipped with everything you need. Each of the four families we were with had their own bathroom. For larger groups with children, the villa is absolutely perfect. We will be happy to come back

The place was just fantastic and the sea views were exceptional. The amenities are of very high quality and each room has its own shower. Even with slightly cooler temperatures, you have a great time in the house. The pool with the terrace and the outdoor kitchen were also a highlight. We had great cooking evenings and got some tips from Christophe and Armelle for shopping and restaurants. There are some bars and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. This place was everything we needed, private enough but close to the beach, to a port and in the middle of Porto vecchio and Bonifacio. The space is sparkly perfect, from the organization to the finishes on the house. Everything is well thought out. The pool is magical and it provides everything you can ask for while on vacation/retreat/work etc. The hosts were AMAZING. Cannot say enough good things. I would leave 7 ⭐️ reviews if I could.

We stayed with Stephane and his wife in late summer with 12 friends. The two welcomed us very warmly and interested and took a lot of time for the room tour. Even during our stay, they were always available for us and took care of us immediately if we had any questions or needed anything. The property itself has been convincing in all areas. Everything was clean and tidy. The highlight is of course the stunning location overlooking the sea, the heated pool as well as the sunbathing landscape and the stylishly furnished rooms. We had a great time staying with Stéphane and would be happy to come back!

We had an all-around great stay in this perfect house. The communication was friendly and professional – all questions and requests were immediately addressed. The house itself is a real highlight: the interior design is tasteful, high-quality and thought out in detail – really outstanding. The kitchen is excellently equipped, all rooms are fully air-conditioned, the bedrooms are beautiful and very quiet. The outdoor area is extremely well maintained, designed with a lot of love for detail. The pool is huge and clean, the barbecue area beautifully integrated into the garden landscape. You can tell there's a lot of emphasis on quality and comfort. The location is also great: the beach and several good restaurants are within easy walking distance. A supermarket can be reached in about 10 minutes. The concierge service was available at all times and supported us with everything – great! We fully recommend the house!!

The home was lovely, even better than the photos with a stunning, unobstructed view over a vista of wild flowers and bushes to the sea. Although the home is technically an apartment, since it sits above another residence, we had total privacy and never once noticed the presence of the neighbor. We had the beautiful yard, deck, grill and pool completely to ourselves and felt as if we were in a stand-alone private villa perched on an isolated mountainside. Actually, the connection to another building was a plus, since there was an "epicerie" inside it, with fresh local produce, delicacies, and hand-delivered croissants and baguettes. The residence is within a short drive to some of the best beaches in Corsica, and many wonderful restaurants. And it's a short drive to Bonifacio and within easy striking distance of the vineyards of Sartene and Figari. To top it all off, Pascal is a superb and welcoming host, with plenty of recommendations to make the stay enjoyable.

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. Amazing sea facing gem with everything you may need for a fantastic holiday. Loved how easy it was to communicate with Edith. The beach is very close by and the area is perfect to explore south Corsica. I loved that every room had its own private toilet and the two levels can give privacy for two families.

We absolutely loved our stay and I cannot say enough good things about the house. The views are amazing and it is such a peaceful location. The house is extremely clean, the kitchen is well stocked with high quality kitchenware and dishes. The a/c in all the rooms works very well. I would recommend bringing binoculars because there are lots of birds and it is fun to watch the boats in the cove. Olivia was great…so responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

Excellent location. Quiet. A great view of the Aiguilles de Bavella. Night spaces well isolated from common areas for privacy when traveling with others. Fabienne is a very pleasant host. Recommended.

We are not sure where to start....well wait, we do, let's start here----> The view from the home can not be beat anywhere in the world. MAYBE if you have a view of the Great Pyramids you can say that view's better. No Almafi Coast, Eiffel Tower view, Brooklyn Bridge View, View from on top Eze France etc can beat it. STUNNING. From the mountains, nature reserves, beaches, islands, ports, unobstructed the whole way around. You can not pay more money to get a better view anywhere in the world, and if people say you can, they are lying. Ok and just as spectacular was----->Odile's, the host. Months in advance she was responding like we were showing up that day. We had all the reassurance that the stay would go well with her. Hats off to her, I hope her professionalism pays off! We had a very pleasant 10 days in this villa surrounded by nature, with an amazing view. The place is spacious and very well maintained. The pool is a real joy: large and sunny all day. We were hosted very well by Sofiane who remained available throughout the stay, and gave us some great tips for discovering the region. It's a rental we recommend without a second thought. We will come back without hesitation if we come back to Corsica! ☺️ We look forward to welcoming you!

We had a wonderful week with the family. The welcome was carefully prepared, the villa is sumptuous and as described. The pool is very well heated, allowing us to fully enjoy it from April! We highly recommend and warmly thank our hosts as well as for the hospitality we received.

We had a wonderful stay with our family (2 adults and 2 boys, 5 and 8 years old). The accommodation is very quiet and has great views, so we could relax optimally. The heated pool was a highlight for our boys and made swimming very pleasant even in the early morning or in the wind. The entire outdoor area is beautifully designed and you enjoy a lot of privacy. In 10-15 minutes you can reach Porto Vecchio by car with many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and butchers. The kitchen is very well equipped. Minor problems were solved very quickly by Maud.

Great for our stay with friends. The view, the spacious amenities, far from the buildings of Ajaccio but at the same time close to everything, and very peaceful. We recommend, with special mention for our on-site contact.

We were allowed to be a guest at Ingrid and Jean-Christophe's for a week. It was a wonderful vacation that left nothing to be desired! The two are very friendly and extremely helpful, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! The complex is great for families with children, the private pool is wonderful and the direct sea location is excellent. A highlight is the dog of the two as well as the many lovely cats in the village. A small supermarket is available in the village, the larger one is easily accessible by car. The surrounding wineries and restaurants are also highly recommended!

The house was impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances, making meal preparation easy. The swimming pool was beautiful, well-maintained, and convenient, providing many hours of relaxation. Additionally, the stunning beach of Fautea is just a five-minute walk away, allowing us to enjoy the beach daily without hassle. Victor’s house provided an exceptional stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation rental.

From the moment of booking, Olivier was a very attentive host informing us of the sites to visit, the activities not to be missed in order to offer us an exceptional stay. When we arrived, a welcome gift was waiting for us (local products) and Olivier welcomed us with a smile and good humor. The spacious accommodation met our expectations (bright, functional, pleasant), the well-equipped kitchen to which no utensils were missing, not to mention the swimming pool that was the joy of the big and small who enjoyed the slide.
