We enjoyed our stay at the property! Check-in was straightforward thanks to the clear and helpful instructions. The place was in very good and clean condition – especially the bathroom was modern and very clean. Breakfast is good and also suitable for guests with a gluten-free diet. The cakes were especially delicious! In the village, there is a supermarket where you can buy everything you need. Right next to the property is a pizzeria – we didn't eat there, but other guests told us it was supposed to be very good. The property is about 45 minutes by car from the port in Olbia, and the nearest beach is about 15 minutes away. Overall a really nice stay – we can absolutely recommend the place!

We stayed with an infant and 2 dogs in the last two weeks of July: absolutely kind and super welcoming hosts. They hosted us before check-in time and allowed us to stay past check-out time. Super recommended location of the house to reach the sea (3 minutes on foot by shaded pine forest). Very comfortable parking and shaded by a wonderful olive tree. As for the evening band: a little dark area, but it is typical of the very quiet neighborhood, which does not have street lighting. Functional house, as advertised. As the only improvements: it would be ideal to have air conditioning (we happened in a very hot time and we did not use the fans for noise), and some very small repairs in the house. Overall, however, highly recommended.

The accommodation is unpretentious while you have everything you need. Traveled with 2 seniors and a toddler and everyone was happy. Right on the beach, close to town, clean, comfortable. The internet was great even for work calls which was important to us. The shower outside was very convenient. There’s really everything you might think of.

Andrea & Lulu are excellent hosts. The "guest manager" Ghiocco, who always welcomed you cheerfully, is also special here. 🤗 We were very lucky to be able to spend our vacation in this wonderful place – and what can we say: It was simply fantastic! The accommodation is designed with so much attention to detail that you feel welcome from the first moment. Everything was very clean, well maintained and tastefully furnished. The property itself is like a small paradise – surrounded by beautiful nature, tranquility and an atmosphere that immediately slows down. As a guest, you can not only live here, but really participate in something very special. Every sunrise, every chirping of the birds, every look into the garden feels like a gift. We are grateful for this unforgettable time and will definitely be back. If you are looking for a place that touches the soul and senses, this is the place to be.

We had a great stay. Close to the city centre but yet very quiet at night. Communication was great and reaction time was quit responsive. The room was brand new and thus everything was sparkling clean. We would definitely recommend staying here.
