The area is also well-suited for cycling. The private apartment is upstairs. Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as the plot border. There is a balcony, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Two single beds where before there was only one single bed in the upstairs bedroom. NEW 2024! Two Standup paddleboards! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for rent! Bicycles are included and there are various walking trails nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.

Our "farmhouse" is located between Falkenberg and Halmstad, overlooking the Suseån River valley, fields and meadows. In the nearby area, there are plenty of lovely farm shops, local growers and cozy cafes. 5 km to Långasand/Ugglarp beach 15 km to Falkenberg 15.5 miles to Halmstad 45 km to Ullared (Gekås) An accommodation for those who want something special! Bed linens and towels are included. Cleaning supplies are provided, but cleaning is carried out by the guests. Non-smoking indoors!

Vallåsen Park, which offers one of the best bike parks in Sweden as well as ski and cross-country ski trails, is only 25 minutes from our cottage. The cottage has an area of about 100 sqm - at your disposal is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a private, cozy sauna.

The ideal setting for a fantastic family holiday in scenic Haverdal. The house has an amazing view over Haverdal beach, the sea and the protected nature area. At the end of the garden a private gate leads to the beach medow, where a small path takes you directly to the beach. The house is made for families who enjoy a beautiful setting to do many different social activities e.g. games /garden games, the trampoline, walking to and from the beach or just relaxing on the terrasse.
