Nice play to stay. The management very helpful. However you somehow need a car if you want to travel around.

This is my second stay. As good as before. Nice, clean and cozy.

Jason is helpful, friendly and responds to messages very quickly. The apartment was clean and the location is fantastic too with many eateries below. The check in process was pretty straightforward. There was a security guard at the front desk who helped me.

Very excellent homestay, the best experience. The homestay is very beautiful, the facilities are also very good. I don't feel like going home, but the holiday is over. If I go to Kuching again, I will choose this homestay again. Great!!

Justin was very friendly & responsive to our problems. The place was very clean & well maintained too. There were a lot of restaurants & foodcourts nearby that closed at late night so no problem to find foods. This area was one of the best Kuching’s area to stay in my opinion. Thanks Justin!

The house of Jasmine is a great choice and will recommend anytime to those interested. The in-house facilities and gadgets are user friendly and in good condition. The home was structured well for family and friends bonding, beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean and overall had a very pleasant stay. Our host Jasmine is helpful, friendly and always contactable.

Fantastic Stay! Highly Recommend Oliver's Place We had a wonderful holiday stay at Oliver's place, and I can’t speak highly enough about the experience. From the moment we arrived, Oliver was incredibly accommodative and flexible, making sure everything was tailored to our needs. His communication was top-notch—he was very responsive and provided clear explanations about everything we needed to know. The house itself is absolutely lovely. It’s spacious, neat, and exceptionally clean, offering plenty of room for our large group. We were there with my parents, uncle, aunty, nieces, nephew, and cousin, and everyone truly enjoyed the comfort and peaceful atmosphere of the home. I would highly recommend Oliver’s place for anyone looking for a great stay. Thank you again, Oliver, for being such a gracious host!

Tan's place is a magnificent property, private/ quite neighborhood with all tools available inside for use. Everything works very well. There are lots of eateries, mall, groceries shopping within 5 mins drive. 1 room on the GF provide easy access to elders while 3 rooms on 2nd floor allow younger occupants to sleep peacefully.

House is spacious, clean and tidy. Easy self check in and check out. Netflix is a bonus. Host is thoughtful for every corner of the house. Mother in law enjoyed her stay too. Will definitely return for our next stay at Sibu.

beautiful view. fast wifi. big tv. complete kitchen equipment even though it's small. the toilet is clean... everything is as described. and the owner is also good and quick response...

Great place. Ideal location, clean and right above small shopping centre, full of great restaurants and across the road from the AEON shopping Centre. The location is a short ride to waterfront area which is where many tourists are. We spent most mornings and evenings in the podium precinct the ground floor food bazaar has an awesome collection of different foods all reasonably priced. On the second floor is soul Street which is a crane restaurant and very popular with such great food the top level swimming pool is great however we didn’t have very nice weather so we only used the pool ones but used the gym most mornings. If we come back to Kuching will no doubt stay at the same place. Check-in is also very easy with clear instructions.

Owner self managed property so it’s very clean. Ted is also very proactive in giving instruction days in advance and prepared infant stuff for me. He also did post check-in follow up to see if I need anything. Highly recommended.

My family definitely love this place! This homestay for its location and amenities are very convenient. There is a supermarket down the apartment, everything we need to buy for our own use in the apartment is easily available in the supermarket. Thanks Jessie for your great responsive service.
