We traveled with friends, and the six of us (four adults and two kids) stayed at Welyne and Gilles' home during our visit to Sarawak. We all had a wonderful time. The house is situated in a peaceful and scenic location, perfect for relaxing and recharging. It’s also conveniently close to the Semenggoh Wildlife Centre, about a 30-minute drive from downtown. The house itself is well-maintained, comfortable with pool, and very well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. Welyne and Gilles were excellent hosts—very friendly and accommodating. We especially appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the local culture, enjoy delicious meals, and take part in a durian tasting that Welyne kindly arranged. Thank you for a lovely stay. We hope to visit again in the future!

Its a perfect appartement for a family or to get your privacy. Its also very nice, because you have your own washing mashine as well. The appartement itself is very nice. It could have been a bit cleaner though. Also rare kitchen equipment, but to cook something very simple (just 1 pan) it is possible. Also there is a very big and nice swimmingpool in the building for use. Its easy to use grab as well. The security guards in the building are very helpful, also the host.

Checked in here for Raya with my family and it was great. It was cozy and warm, had Netflix to entertain us, clean water & even filtered water. Room was spacious for my family of 7. The view is facing AEON mall if you like the lively view, it’s great for you! we even extended one night here 👍🏻

It was a fantastic and enriching experience during the stay in Kampung butir eco resort! Our lodging is a vintage house that located in a village. The place is blessed with many natural landmarks. If you are natural and adventure lover , you will definitely love this place! Besides, Ishak and his wife are friendly, kind, helpful and cute. They help us to prepare fishing rods so that we can fish at the pond just beside the house. My family and I have truly enjoyed these beautiful places. Unfortunately, we have only 2 nights and have not gotten enough time to cover all the unexplored spots, aka, natural wonders so I will definitely come back again! Last but not least, I highly recommend this place in which one will surely feel recharge thereafter and the homestay that provides such wonderful and warm service! 💞

Peter is a very kind and helpful person, he advised us many activities and communication was clear and easy. His apartment was conform to the pictures, spacious and clear. Swimming pool was nice with a beautiful view on the resort's lake. We will come back in Peter's apartment without any hesitations.
