New accommodation located just above a doctor's office and fully air-conditioned. - free parking and right next to the apartment - very quiet place located directly across from the forest - located 4 minutes from 240 shops, cinema, bowling alley, highway and train station. We had abuses when it comes to electricity. We decided not to increase our rates but we opted for an EDF Tempo contract (See the "other information to note" section in our listing)

In-person hosting, I don't have self check-in.

Cozy and secure apartment less than 10 min from the center of Orleans. Secure on-site parking with badge, 5 min from the train station and 5 min from the highway exit. Public transport at the foot of the residence and many shops nearby (bakery, pharmacy, etc.) Very quiet and easy to access residence. A large double bed (queen size) and a sofa bed are available, fully equipped kitchen. (Hot water of course)

At the foot of the splendid cathedral of Orleans and the wonderful Place du Martrois as well as the Joan of Arc statue, a hundred meters from the Rue de Bourgognes, the most famous bars and restaurants, a few minutes walk from the banks of the Loire, is this gem in a residential area, in a small luxurious and secure building from the 1900s that consists of three apartments.

Ideally located on a very quiet pedestrian street in the historic center of Orleans. Nestled on the second floor without elevator access, offering views of the Cathedral towers and half-timbered houses. The charm of the old sometimes has its small drawbacks, the sound insulation is not perfect and it is possible to hear the sounds of the daily life of the neighbors.
