The house matches the photos, all was good. Great people, helped with everything. A cafe directly on the lack is exactly next to the houses and of which owned by the same people, it's great for chilling. Providing tea and coffee with no charges all day. I recommend it 100/100 👍

Mr. Mubin was extremely caring and helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay. The house was even more beautiful and clean than it appeared in the photos. Words are not enough for this magnificent view in touch with nature. It was especially unique to sit on the patio and enjoy this peaceful atmosphere. It should definitely be the first choice for those looking for such an experience. Thanks again to Mr. Mubin for everything.

We had a wonderful time at Hakan’s place. The house large enough to host 10 people, spotless clean, new and well equipped. The pool was clean, heated and well maintained. We had no issues finding the place and checking in was extremely smooth. Hakan was accessible and friendly at all times. The highlight is the breathtaking views of the house. It is better than in the pictures! I would strongly recommend a stay.

We had a wonderful holiday. Mr. Volkan was helpful with everything from our check-in time to our departure. Perfect vineyard house with its nature, landscaping, location. A house I would like to go back to, thank you again Mr. Volkan.

We spent two days/two nights there and it was a great experience. It was a very relaxing quiet and peaceful area. The home was beautiful and we had AC to adjust to the temperature we needed. The pool was warm and had a nice fountain and the jacuzzi was also very nice. They had plenty of seating options around the pool and a nice outdoor seating area for meals. They brought us our breakfast to the door and it was very nice. Everything was very clean neat and there was a fireplace and heated floors for when it got too cold as well. 10/10, thank you! 😊

We found the house smoothly as a result of a nice location sharing. We received the house as a problem. The house was clean and convenient. We stayed with 2 families without any problems. The pool was warm and convenient. It was warm in the house. The winter garden was useful. The fire pit was very pleasant in the evenings. Our host was getting the wood ready every morning. Nice place to stay specially during summer, Great pool and location in where you can find everything just by walking you will also have the lake view on the highest floor The place was clean and Batur was always responsive. Just bring your shampoo’s, soap and extra sheets and towels, we didn’t need more and didn’t ask for more but would be better if there were more to use Generally I recommend the place to everyone

The place was very clean and tidy. Everything you might need was thought of and made available. The pool was of ideal size and depth. The host Ms. Aylin was open to communication, polite and could be reached whenever needed and helped with her quick answers, she was hospitable. It was just like the photos. In terms of location, it was 10 minutes by car from the location specified on Airbnb, but other than that, it was a reliable place where you could have a pleasant and peaceful time.

We went with a very large group of children, a perfect villa thought out in the finest detail where you can be very comfortable both with and without children. We'll repeat it as soon as possible, and our😇 hosts were both helpful, directing, and very positive. Many thanks❤️

Mr. Erhan was very quick and clear about communication. The location of the house is 10 minutes by car from Sapanca Lake and you can see this view from the house. The house is incredibly clean and looks much better than it does in the photos. Markets are 5 minutes away by car and you can find everything you need in these markets. The pool and garden were extremely well-maintained and clean. It was also an incredible privilege to have an ensuite bathroom in each room. One detail in the garden was that there was a barbecue where you could both put your car and barbecue. We got the most out of the holiday we went to as a family thanks to Mr. Erhan's house. I can clearly say that if I decide to go to Sapanca again, I will contact Mr. Erhan without looking at another house. I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.
