The apartment has an extremely passionate view! There were four of us and it has the right space for organization and comfort. It's the second time I've been and I'm in love with Porchat Island, it's a calm and quiet place that makes you want to walk everywhere. Patricia is very helpful and polite, a 10!

Even before my arrival, he was already in contact, explaining everything in advance and always making himself available to answer questions. Super organized, she sent me materials with the apartment instructions and ensured that I had a smooth arrival. Although the apartment has a parking space, we ended up going with a truck that did not fit in the space (something already described in the listing). Still, she promptly looked for alternatives, indicated nearby parking lots and was very attentive, even apologizing for the situation. Upon arrival, the apartment was impeccably clean, cozy and with several items available as a courtesy, which made all the difference. If I could sum up my experience in one word, it would be: Wonderful! Anna was always friendly, helpful and gave me full support throughout the stay. The house, which was already amazing, got even better with the improvements in furniture and appliances. The location is great, close to everything we need. Very good stay, large clean apartment, the pool is delicious and the condominium structure is great. Close to everything. Eliane was very kind and helpful, everything was great. I just missed being able to watch a movie series or something like that on TV because the TV only gets the normal channel. However, this did not prevent us from spending wonderful days because the condominium is an apartment, everything is great.
