It has a great location 50m from downtown, the best neighborhood, a very quiet street, and an incredible view of the sunset. 2 Smart TVs, one in each room, WIFI, hot and cold air conditioning, pantry and kitchen with wood stove, cooktop, microwave, electric oven, non-stick pans, blender, refrigerator. Two suites, one on the upper floor with an amazing view of the sunset, soaking tub, air conditioning and fireplace, the other suite on the lower floor. Living room with fireplace and a toilet.

Flávio Waterfall Véu de Noiva Waterfall, Antares Waterfall. 50 meters from the chalet, we have the Paraíso bar and restaurant with Minas Gerais food, portions and a swimming pool. Super quiet family atmosphere, worth visiting. Listen to the birdsong and admire the waterfalls and landscapes of our land. We accept your pet with great affection.
