The townhouse is 150 meters from the beach, in the lower part we have a living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, toilet and a small backyard with barbecue. In the upper part, we have a large bedroom and a balcony. You'll be close to everything, market, pharmacy, restaurant and downtown. Do you want to sleep with the sound of the sea? You've found the right place. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE! BRING BED AND BATH LINEN. THERE IS NO PARKING SPACE. The street is very quiet, there is a guard on duty at night.

Amazing beach house in one of Sao Paulo's most sought after coastal destination. The house features a more rustic deco and a huge garden. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. Great space for families, couples and small groups of friends. Located near the Juquehy's main shops and restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket (Costa Azul). It is about 700 meters from the beach. Our house is perfect for families and small groups of friends. Very well lit and airy, in the middle of nature. We are 400 meters from the beach (12 min walk), in a quiet and safe street, of excellent location. The view of the beach and the islands is fantastic! HOLIDAYS= MINIMUM 3 NIGHTS

The house has exceeded our expectations! Everything was exactly as in the pictures and described in the listing — beautiful, well-equipped and very comfortable. We didn't have any issues during the stay. The location is excellent, with markets and bakeries nearby, and the condominium is a charm, super well taken care of. We take great advantage of the pool, which is huge and wonderful, in addition to the game room, which has yielded great moments. The host was amazing: always attentive, quickly answered all our questions and was very helpful. Access to the condominium was simple and quick, and the staff of the condominium were very polite and friendly. We were driving, which made it easy to get to know more distant beaches — it was a perfect trip. We would definitely return!

Casa is great for those who want to stay close to the beach, the condominium is very safe, in 5 minutes you are on the beach, it is close to the busiest region of Maresias. The air conditioning in the house is very good, comfortable bed, good infra in the kitchen (many dishes, forks, pots, etc). Great cost-benefit, we'll be back more often for sure.

The house is so beautiful! Everything was impeccable, I wanted to stay muuuuch longer, my family felt at home. The location is perfect! Everything is very close, restaurants, shops. Next to the house we have the mall with many food options, a pharmacy, an ice cream parlor. And the beach is across the street and passing through a very short corridor, simply sensational! On the beach, we had a hut available every day with beach chairs. I can't wait to come back!

The house is beautiful, very cozy and well cared for. We love decoration and attention to every detail. Our stay was great, the house has an excellent infrastructure, as well as beach chair assembly service and pool cleaning in the mornings. Matteo was a great host, gave us local tips, was very attentive and responded quickly. It was a rainy time so we ended up spending most of the weekend inside the house, which was not a problem, as the house had all the necessary structure, as well as a beautiful outdoor area. Note: due to the storm, the power fluctuated a lot, it would be nice if the house had emergency lights in some outlets.

Perfect stay! Exceeded all expectations! We spent the Easter holiday with the family (my husband, our 2-year-old son, my in-laws and my mother) and it was simply wonderful! The house is beautiful, very comfortable and exactly as described in the ad – with 3 bathrooms that perfectly cater to the 3 bedrooms, ideal for larger groups like ours. The location is excellent: close to the beach, we walked quietly with our little son. The beach is beautiful, with several stalls to eat and drink, and there are great restaurants less than 500 meters from the house. The region is super safe, which has brought us a lot of tranquility. The attention of Junia and her team was flawless. From the first contact, they were extremely attentive, kind and helpful. The decor of the house is very tasteful and the collection of books is a different charm. We really felt at home. I recommend it with my eyes closed and we will definitely be back.

We were 4 people and 1 dog. The house in the back, despite the main entrance being divided, is private, and can give us tranquility and privacy to rest. Elson responded quickly and was flexible in our check-in and check-out, very helpful and attentive. Very close to the beach, and at a great point, close to restaurants and pharmacies. In the house there was all the beach equipment for us to enjoy while saving money. Every stay excellent! I recommend it and would come back again :)

Absolutely wonderful house right on the beach. Great amenities including beach chairs, surf boards and boogie boards, plus more to make your beach days even more enjoyable. The tram was amazing, responsive, friendly, and overall awesome! Would come back again and highly recommend others check out this property, it’s better than you’d expect.

Our stay was amazing! An ideal home for family moments, with spaces that provide these moments! We were in 20 people and 2 pets. The outdoor space was ideal for the dogs. The accommodations are comfortable offering everything that is necessary.High points: location ( it is very close to the beach which made it very easy because we were with 3 elderly family members; all dormitory suites with air conditioning; BBQ space and games provided great family moments.Enfim, a house with all the requirements for a great stay in a family and quiet beach.Nikolas and Renato super attentive.
