The place suited us perfectly, accommodating my entire family in a quiet, reserved and spacious place. The house is as described, has plenty of space, with comfortable rooms and an ideal backyard for those with pets. Flávia was always very attentive, clarifying doubts even before the reservation, making the check-in and check-out times more flexible, welcoming us with a great mood, giving tips on what to do in the city and making everyone feel at home.

Great stay, Vila Planalto is close to the main tourist spots of Brasília, still has a good infrastructure of markets, pharmacies, restaurant, bakery etc. Mr. Samuel and excellent host, in addition to managing the fit, he lives nearby, this makes it easy to support guests if necessary. Advertisement matches the reality found, towels and linens were clean. Simple but well maintained location, I recommend the stay.

Jhonatan's apartment is perfect for small business or leisure trips. Offering a double bed, air conditioning, internet, full kitchen and washing machine. The outskirts of the apartment have everything: bakeries, markets, restaurants, bars, etc. The neighborhood of the building is polite and caring, as well as the owner, Jhonatan, who answered me promptly on all my calls. It was a great experience!

We went as 5 adults, 1 couple and 3 more friends. The space is a little small for 5 people, but it perfectly met our needs. It's on SQN407, near 710 N, where we had work. Getting around on foot or with Uber is easy.

The neighborhood is super quiet. My son was the one who stayed, but it went well with Alex. I recommend the place.

Excellent stay. The flat was clean and had everything I needed: Wi-Fi, hairdryer, iron, air-conditioning, microwave, fridge and TV. The condominium is great, with two conveniences, heated pool, green area and lake view. Great location with easy access to the Uber pilot plan. Best value! The host responded quickly and provided everything I needed... Super recommended!

Otima location, fair price, everything clean and organized

The apartment is excellent, it has all the requirements for a great stay, it is extremely clean, the bed is comfortable, the linen is very good, the kitchen is well equipped with utensils, everything is brand new inside the property and the shower is extremely strong with the temperature you want to set. Other than that, the building is a new hotel, it has a reception with a comfortable lobby, the penthouse has a nice gym, the restaurant is great. Close to everything, very central in Brasília and in the surroundings there is a laundry, convenience stores, restaurants, the mall is right in front. And I'd like to give a special mention to the hosts, they are people who are always willing to help and are very kind. In summary, a 10-star experience.
