Second time I've stayed in this apartment, I feel at home and I'm already planning to come back. Everything perfect.

Central location for those who go to work. Ease in the surroundings with convenience stores. Optional breakfast, which is helpful for those looking for a balanced relationship between economy and efficiency. The host was very helpful in resolving specific questions. Anyway, highly recommended.

Excellent accommodation, however, a little far from Brasília's main sights. I recommend the stay. Voltaria for sure.

I liked the accommodation. The space is a delight, the kitchen was equipped so that we were able to make a good dinner and breakfast. The bed is comfortable. The place is quiet and nice. .

I needed to spend 36 days in Brasilia to take a training course and I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The apartment is very cozy, I felt at home, which made all the difference, since I needed peace and serenity to study. Everything was great, very comfortable, the apartment has everything we need, in addition to the maids being very nice. Vanessa also always treated me very well. Anyway, it was excellent, it's a blessed place!!!

Very well located apartment, I visited the sights all on foot in the beautiful Brasilia. For appointments further away, getting around by app is very simple. The apartment itself is very suitable for a couple, whether for a day or a month.

The place was nice and clean. it was exactly where I was going to be in that neighborhood so it was a walk away from where I needed to be. One of the toilets wasn't flushing upon arrival but Gabriel offered to sort it out immediately. I declined because I was only there for two nights and just used to other bathroom. The split unit in the bedroom was dripping water into the bathroom. I did lock the keys in the apartment accidentally and Gabriel and Emiliana were on it right away and got me access to the apartment again, no problem. It was a very nice place and Gabriel was a great host.

Thank you for the space shared by Dona Ione, all impeccable. We feel very well installed, the location is wonderful and had everything close to restaurants, bars, market, pharmacy and a lot of green area. Quiet, peaceful and with plenty of air circulation. We went to work and we liked it very much, all made available with great affection and care. We will certainly be back!

Great stay, Vila Planalto is close to the main tourist spots of Brasília, still has a good infrastructure of markets, pharmacies, restaurant, bakery etc. Mr. Samuel and excellent host, in addition to managing the fit, he lives nearby, this makes it easy to support guests if necessary. Advertisement matches the reality found, towels and linens were clean. Simple but well maintained location, I recommend the stay.

Excellent value for money, fully met my needs and matched the listing description. Everything was clean and check-in was easy. I was just upset with the Flat because it didn't store my luggage at check-out and this ended up disrupting my logistics a lot. A positive point is that the Flat has two convenience stores that save lives. As for the accommodation itself, the only observation I make is that I felt a little cold at night. There could be another blanket available.

Very well located accommodation and very close to the Concessionárias subway station (it should not be 200 meters away), with several shopping and leisure options in the surroundings. The apartment was clean and very neat. Attentive host and very clear in the instructions. I moved to the Federal District recently and used the accommodation temporarily while I was looking for a permanent accommodation. I highly recommend the stay!
