Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in São Luís

The studio is very practical, has all the necessary utensils, super tidy and has a lot of security, in addition to the balcony, which is great. Rachel is thoughtful and very kind. It was well worth staying there during the experience in São Luís.

Brenda is a very kind hostess, it was my first and most certainly will have more often, very nice place, with kitchen, living room and rooms well sanitized and comfortable

The apartment is perfect for the couple and two kids. Excellent air conditioning, great shower, kitchen with all utensils, comfortable bed and a very charming space to stay. You feel right at home! Very grateful to Gerlane, who was always very helpful and attended to us as an emergency!!! It's well worth hosting. Markets, pharmacies and malls are close by!

Very thoughtful and helpful hostess. You've made our stay extremely enjoyable. The condominium is very well located, easily accessible and with good leisure options and the amenity of the indoor market is wonderful. The apt is cozy very clean and organized and makes us feel at home. It sure will be on my list of favorites and will return at the first opportunity SUUUUUUPER RECOMMEND

The apartment is good. It is well equipped, with a washing machine, iron, air conditioning and fan. I liked having several lights. The bathroom is good. The bunk bed mattress is a little hard. I found the condominium to be very quiet, with no noise. It was nice to have one of those autonomous markets, it was a hand in the wheel. The hostess was always showing that she was available. The only negative part (and I don't know if it was me who didn't know how to handle it) was the lock factor, I typed the password and when I opened the door, the lock began to repeat the typed password.

I had a wonderful stay in the apartment! The place is exactly as in the pictures — clean, well decorated and super cozy. The location is great, with easy access to everything I needed. Nicole was a thoughtful host, always available and very kind. I would definitely stay here again. I recommend it without hesitation!

Thanks a lot. We went for a run around the neighborhood and the coastal avenue. Very beautiful, wooded region, with a market and pharmacy nearby. Hot water in the shower, air conditioning working perfectly - no noise, and water filter to fill our bottles. We felt safe and the apartment was totally clean and pleasant, as shown in the photos.

Carolina was amazing! She guided us very well and gave us several tips. Super welcoming family and they make us feel at home ❤️ Quiet environment, a cozy space, with a "home" feeling, a very family environment. Super indico and I hope to return soon. Great Airbnb, well-maintained and beautiful mansion. The rooms are huge and very comfortable, as well as a garden and pool that are a beauty apart. I loved the stay!

Accommodation in a gorgeous and peaceful mansion, it doesn't even look like it's in the center of town. It has a great silence for those who are going to work. The location is also very good, easy access to the main tourist attractions.

Very beautiful place, as in the pictures, Many birds in the hyper-care garden. The upper room is spacious and bright, with good beds and a super clean bathroom. An oasis in the middle of a certain roughness of the old town that is very poorly cared for. The Guará café almost in front and the bar/tallow Chico Discos further ahead are good requests to have coffee/beer and meet local staff. But apart from them (and the Bistrô in the vicinity) the options for eating around and/or buying groceries are VERY restricted. The nearest site is the central market that is cool (very popular) but does not meet all the needs.

Well located, cheap to ride on Uber or 99, but it's all within walking distance, easy and quick to get to the beach too, all clean, rooms with hammocks, very safe, there's a lot of cool stuff to do close, the story of the place is impressive, the locals are very receptive.

Simply perfect! My stay at Marko's apartment was amazing. The apartment is impeccable, exactly as in the pictures, extremely clean, organized, with a very tasteful decoration and a wonderful view. The location is great, close to great restaurants and with easy access to everything. I want to leave a special thank you to Marko, who was an extremely attentive, helpful and kind host at all times. And also to Dona Vitória, responsible for cleaning, who keeps the apartment impeccable, everything was absolutely clean, smells and very well taken care of. I recommend with my eyes closed. Local City exceeded expectations. Easy access and close to almost everything a tourist seeks. Rafael is always ready and proactive in supporting whatever is needed... I recommend it without hesitation.

Location within a very cozy and quiet residential. Very good pool area and gym. Home accommodations are great and as advertised. The hostess was very helpful and attentive in the requests. Super recommend the site, it is in a central region great to get around in São Luís.
