Clean, pleasant apartment, well-distributed environments, accommodations and appliances and resources for all needs - rooms, kitchen, air conditioning, bathrooms, ventilation, internet, TV channels. Very good condominium, friendly support staff/concierge. Self-service mini-market in the condominium, swimming pool, barbecue areas, sports court.

The apartment is excellent! Very well-structured, clean and super-smelling — really welcoming. We had all the support of the hostess all the days of the trip, always very helpful and attentive. I would definitely stay here again. It was all so comfortable that it was lazy to leave or want to extend the stay! I recommend with my eyes closed.

You can rent it without fear! Beautiful flat, clean, well decorated, with very useful utensils, well located, in addition to the hosts being attentive and helping us during the stay. I certainly recommend it! To have a score of 11, the only thing missing was a washing machine, because with the sun hitting the balcony, the clothes dry quickly, but it is understandable not to have one, so my husband and I will give a score of 10, thank you very much!

Our vacation wouldn't be the same without the family moments we spent at Carlos and Ariadnne's place. Very careful with the details of the house, with a complete structure that fully met our needs at Christmas dinner and moments with the children. We'll be back and we'll definitely recommend it

Mari is a sweetheart, super helpful! He gave us all the necessary instructions and even more so that we had a good stay. The property is identical to the photos advertised, very cozy and comfortable and everything was very clean and organized (it even smelled good!) We had some unforeseen events due to the tide, but nothing that a little patience couldn't overcome. The location in relation to the sea is perfect, literally on the sand; now in relation to the trendiest part of the island and the center it is a little distant. We wanted to rest, so it was perfect! I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Close to the beach, on Avenida Litorânea. You can walk. The kids loved the ideal pool, size and depth. Well-organized and clean barbecue space. Robson is a 10. Prompt service. The condominium is very quiet. Everything is working well. For me, who likes physical activities, there is Parque (reserva) Itapiracó. There is a court, a beautiful place to walk, run, soccer fields, a skate park, volleyball... really great, in addition to the trails. We had a very good time.
