Although short stay was great, the flat is identical to the photos, it was clean and organized, it made me feel at home. The space is well located, near supermarket etc. I highly requested Host, answered all my questions accurately. It was really great experience.

In Almério's apartment, I felt like home. Everything worked very well. The location is excellent, with bakery and nearby restaurants, as well as being close to the Historic Center and the Renaissance. I had an excellent stay. Almério was a very helpful, kind and attentive host. Easy to communicate. Note 10! Whenever I go to São Luís, I will want to stay in his apartment.

Great apartment, super clean, well organized and well equipped, the problem is the noise from the neighbors in the block and the area outside the building, great internet, great checkout time, only the location is far from the beaches and the historic center, but there is a cash-and-carry store right in front, which is great.

We stayed at Gerlane’s place for a month and were very satisfied with the apartment. Gerlane was quick to respond whenever we had any questions or problems and everything was always resolved quickly. I would recommend this place and stay here again if I come back to São Luís!

The stay was great! The apartment has the basic amenities, a great location and good nearby features such as supermarkets, ceasa, good restaurants and proximity to the center. Because our stay was longer, we missed a wi-fi and some kitchen items. In addition, the apartment is very comfortable, quiet and very cozy, it was worth the stay!

Mr. Eduardo's house is excellent, I went with my family and we felt at home, ample and private space. Toilet paper was available, detergent and soap (this was a plus), filtered water, clean pool. Air-conditioning works well. Thank you very much, Mr. Eduardo!

I my family spent 7 days at the Jefferson Residence on the walk , the house is quite Grande held everyone well . Jefferson always attentive responded quickly and was always available to us . Casa is close to the beach , easy access to supermarkets, bakery and restaurants .

The stay was quiet, it is an honest apartment and delivers what it promises according to photos. The location in the Airbnb app is different from reality, not so close to Turu, but still, the apt is on the same avenue and in a good location. The condominium has an internal grocery store managed by the largest supermarket chain in São Luís, with affordable prices and self-service. It has comfortable beds, linens, towels, Airfryer, misteira, piped gas stove, refrigerator, air conditioning and a modest washer. I would definitely stay in the apartment again.
