The house is wonderful, equal and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized., check in and check out without bureaucracy, the location is more than perfect, a jump from the beaches, shops, markets, bars and pharmacies very close! The hostess Samira is a 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answer all questions quickly! We love staying in the city.

The rental period was smooth. Our family was very well received by Benedita, a super attentive lady. Accommodations are always clean and very cozy. Wonderful space. Close to the beach, on Avenida Litorânea. You can walk. The kids loved the ideal pool, size and depth. Well-organized and clean barbecue space. Thank you to host Dona Monica and Benedita who served us with great care. Maranhão is beautiful!!! It was wonderful to know the beautiful state.

My stay was great! The apartment was super clean, the bed and bath linens well cared and the space is exactly as shown in the photos. I had a small issue with the lock, but the host was extremely agile and resolute, 1000/10 proactivity! I would definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone.

The apartment is in a great location, very safe and quiet, and close to the beach and excellent restaurants. The view of the place is beautiful, from the balcony we have a panoramic view of the beach in full. The apartment accommodates 2 couples well, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, and it is well organized and spacious. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few quiet days in São Luiz

The location is easy to access. Close to beaches and restaurants. The apartment is great and is on the ground floor, better for carrying luggage. Kitchen with everything you need. Smartv and Wi-Fi, had mineral water available and a rocking chair that my mother-in-law loved. The Hostess was very attentive and responded quickly when called, my son even got a gift from her. We love it. We plan to return on our next vacation.
