The house is very cosy and we are very pleased with the facilities and amenities. Vale highlight condominium structure, it is very good, from the pool to the landscaping all very nice. The location of the house is great for those who want peace, tranquility and a sense of security, as there is constant surveillance of the condominium professionals. I would like to point out that we were very well received by Carla, in addition to that it also provided us with great support with its services if cleaning and maintenance contracted separately. Host Marta was also super quick in replies! It met our expectations very well, I highly recommend!

The house is wonderful, large, well decorated, the large kitchen and with all the necessary utensils, well distributed, spacious and well-equipped rooms with comfortable bedding, air-conditioned cabinets and fans. The great leisure area, large pool, good gourmet space, tables and chairs in the outdoor area. Super indico, exceeded my expectations,not to mention that Priscila is a considerate and very helpful host. It was very worth it, I will be back for sure.

Extremely clean and cozy place. The structure of the flat is excellent as well. Rotating parking, but with plenty of parking spaces. The town is close to the city centre and main hospitals. Highly recommended for business travelers.

The cleanliness was impeccable, it looked like we were entering a brand new place. It had absolutely EVERYTHING a family needs to spend the days in comfort and tranquility. The location was also a great highlight: close to everything, with super easy access to any point in the city. And to improve even more, we found great restaurants and markets just a few steps away.
