A beautiful and very cozy grandmother's house, the location is excellent and I think we will return other times, communication was always assertive and quick and the hosts were kind and always helpful.

House 8, Lucas's house is inside a condominium of many identical houses, it is not a private house but has a very nice neighborhood. The doormen Léo and Galego are very helpful, and Lucas himself is very good at solving any problem. The private pool is very nice to be in the barbecue area. The house is airy and all air-conditioners work well and electric showers. It has solar panels, which is really cool. The place is very quiet, family-friendly and safe, offering a perfect environment to rest. It has a very large common area of the condominium with a leisure area, swimming pools, playground, volleyball court and access to the beach. It even has a fenced area of the beach that is very safe for children. Great place to be with family in the summer!

The apartment is beautiful, well cared for and cozy. Very comfortable and functional. Barbara is concerned with providing the best experience for her guests, I recommend it and I'm sure I'll be back again!

I rented the apartment for my parents and they simply loved it, the description is totally true, the location is very good, it has everything nearby. The apartment was very clean, especially the bed linen, which was very clean and fragrant.

The flat is exactly as pictured, well-equipped kitchen, which served us super well, everything working just fine. The building is well located, also well equipped with a reception, market, gym and pool. The owner was attentive and available. We'll definitely be back.

Safe, well located, comfortable, organized and clean apartment. Communication was quick, the hosts are attentive. The concierge is 24/7, there's a parking space in the garage and the view from the balcony is amazing! I already knew from the listing that we couldn't use the leisure area, which is a shame. The experience was excellent.

My stay was very good. Adriana was very helpful, suggesting beaches to enjoy. The apartment is very beautiful, organized and clean! It has an excellent location, in a quiet area and close to everything (beauty salon, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, Piedade beach). There was nothing to be desired. Adriana left clean towels and a hygiene kit (soap and shampoo). The place is well-equipped, with all the appliances and utensils you can think of using. I only stayed 2 nights, but I enjoyed the space and, returning to Recife, this apartment will certainly be on my list of choices.
