Julia welcomed me very warmly. I took my dog, who is a Golden, and the space was perfect for him too because it had a balcony where he was super comfortable. The house is well equipped with all the kitchen utensils, bed, table and bath. The air-conditioning was a super plus. Access is very easy and it is close to a supermarket. She provided more than one contact and communication and feedback were very quick. I loved the stay and would definitely come back more often.

The apartment is excellent! Communication with Leandro was great, and he quickly solved a small problem that happened on the first day with the shower. Problems can always happen, but the important thing is to know that the host is ready to help with whatever is necessary for the guest to have a good stay. Note 10 for Leandro! All in all, everything is perfect. The building is very good, very well located and has a 24-hour market, a very complete gym, swimming pool, sauna, library, among other common spaces. The apartment has everything you need for a good stay. Very recommended!

Always very quick to respond when we need some information. Jaqueline passed on Camila's contact, who promptly responded to what we needed. On the day of check-in the pool was not very presentable, but on the same day a cleaner was sent who completed the service the next day and it was resolved. The place is worth it.

We spent 6 months in the Sanctuary and were one of the best months of our lives. We regenerate emotionally and mentally with the proximity of nature and being able to see the green of the plants through the window. The house is fully equipped, and Edinho (homemade) is extremely good and available people. Gary and Rogério are amazing and the atmosphere is magical. A place for those who want to rest, disconnect from the big city routine. I HIGHLY recommend and go with an open heart, it will be a life-changing experience.

Strengths: - furniture designed to make the most of space - great location - with garage - clean - attentive service Weaknesses: - small living room - needs a slight renovation on the floor and a new paint job in some places. Nothing critical, but I can't say I felt at home. General considerations: - I recommend it for families and solo travelers.

I just got home from Karen's and I'm still ecstatic about the moments we spent there !!! What energy that place has, cozy, pleasant, full of memories of the countryside!!! We spent the birthday with My mom yesterday and the guests loved it as much as we did! Extremely clean, fragrant place with all the items - everything I needed was not found in the house. The house is great, much better than in the photos. Communication with Rodolfo was excellent, I saw a comment from a girl talking about how she didn't feel safe in the house and really the gate is leaning and because there is a lot of vegetation around the house at night it becomes a kind of a mess, as I went with more people I didn't feel afraid, but if it was just me and my boyfriend or some friend I don't know if I would feel so safe. There is a ravine from the gate until you get to the house, it is a bit steep, especially to disappear, but everything worked out. Now, if you're going to cook on site, I recommend taking baking dishes, larger pans and pots, the house is very lacking in these objects. Besides, it's really worth it and I'd definitely be back.
