Excellent! Clean and comfortable apartment, located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and easy access to the center and great restaurants. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, super clean bathroom.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, easy check-in, 24h concierge, gym, swimming pool, market. Near the Shopping Station, a bus stop and downtown Curitiba. Polite and responsive hosts. Great place, recommend and would come back more often.

The stay was excellent! The apartment corresponds exactly to the descriptions, well organized and comfortable. The location is great, in a quiet and safe area, perfect for resting. There is a market, bakery and restaurants very close by, which makes it much easier. And without traffic, we were just 5 minutes from Barigui Park, which was a big plus. I highly recommend and would come back for sure!

Great location, spacious apartment with everything you need for your stay.

We spent 6 months in the Sanctuary and were one of the best months of our lives. We regenerate emotionally and mentally with the proximity of nature and being able to see the green of the plants through the window. The house is fully equipped, and Edinho (homemade) is extremely good and available people. Gary and Rogério are amazing and the atmosphere is magical. A place for those who want to rest, disconnect from the big city routine. I HIGHLY recommend and go with an open heart, it will be a life-changing experience.

Impeccable place, organized condominium, reception without comments, apartment in great condition, everything very clean, everything in its place, I felt at home. The only negative point I have is the double bed that makes a lot of noise, it could move, but other than that everything was very nice. I will definitely come back more often and I highly recommend it.

It has no face ap Airbnb De Administradora , it has a lot of personal effects . The location in agua ver is close to everything . The checkin was very fast . The apartment is very functional and was very clean. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded fast to our queries. The check-in process was also easy. Location is good as it's between the centre and Batel, and not too far from the bus station. The view from the small balcony is also nice. If we ever return to Curitiba, we would stay again.

It delivers on its promises. It was clean and organized when I arrived. The ironing iron saved me because I was going to a wedding. The air is old, makes a little noise, but it works perfectly well. The hotel space I thought was very good, as it has a swimming pool and a game room with two excellent pool tables. In addition, the reception attendance was exceptional, fast and very polite. For those looking for a practical space to know the city, it is a good option. Tbm Host was very solicitous, always responding quickly.

I really enjoyed staying at Maria’s place. It was very clean, quiet, organized and had everything i needed. The amenities of the building were one of the best i have stayed at. The gym, the pool, meeting rooms, market shop were great! Maria was also very quick to respond to any questions i had and was very accommodating. Definitely recommend her place to anyone who needs a comfortable home-like stay in Curitiba.

We enjoyed the stay. Well located, clean, as in the photos. I suggest changing the sofa bed, it is not very comfortable for 3 people. My daughter didn't sleep very well. Besides that, all right.

We had a great stay! I stayed with my wife and two children, and the place perfectly met our needs: functional, well-equipped and very comfortable. Excellent stay, the building has a gym, heated pool and laundry for guest use!! Hosts were very attentive, I would definitely come back more often!!
