Ranch in the Jardim Encantado neighborhood in Vespasiano, very green, and great location. Tables and chairs, full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove and all utensils to prepare meals! Two double beds, one single bed, 6 single mattresses, one indoor bathroom, two complete outdoor bathrooms (shower, sink, toilet, etc.) Swimming pool, shower, barbecue area, green area!! The house includes 3 bedrooms + living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen, plus a wonderful balcony!

A place to rest, read, relax, date. To breathe fresh air and get in touch with nature, cool off in the pool, have a barbecue, have a wine around the campfire. All this 30 minutes from downtown Belo Horizonte. The amount is for a couple and increases proportionally to the number of people. We can host up to 10 people. We don't have parties, but you can invite friends to spend the day. The fee is 60 reais per guest, who can only use the outdoor area for up to 8 hours.

Nice house, newly built on a 1000-meter plot of land, all walled, with heated pool, in a quiet location, in a residential area, with homes and shops nearby. A great option for your comfort and that of your family, including a home office. The internet is very good (fiber optic). Children are welcome, however, there are no fences in the pool area.
