All this 30 minutes from downtown Belo Horizonte. The value is for a couple and increases in proportion to the number of people. We can accommodate up to 8 people. We don't have parties, but you can invite friends to spend the day. The fee is 80 reais per guest, who may use only the outside area for up to 7 hours.

The neighborhood is very quiet and is excellent for those looking for a space with a leisure area and at the same time quiet. Great for resting! Nice house, newly built on a 1000-meter plot of land, all walled, with heated pool, in a quiet location, in a residential area, with homes and shops nearby. A great option for your comfort and that of your family, including a home office. The internet is very good (fiber optic). Children are welcome, however, there are no fences in the pool area.
