If you are looking for a warm place to enjoy the cold of the Santa Catarina mountain range, our house has thermal insulation on the walls, to keep the environment with a mild climate, even in months of intense cold. Water heating in all taps and plenty of room for up to 6 people with total comfort. We have our own laundry in the residential complex.
