At an altitude of 1450 m, close to the Avencal de Urubici Waterfall (30 km) and easy access to the São Joaquim wineries: Vinícola Pericó 19 km, Dalture and Villa Francioni 28 km. The entrance to the Rancho is via SC110 (paved) and an internal access of less than 200 meters of good gravel road.
