Quiet place, very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the city's main thoroughfares and close to supermarkets and shops. The hostess is very polite and helpful. Recommended for those who need to be allocated for a short time for longer periods.

The place is very charming, just like the description and photos. Everything is very cute, arranged with affection and with a great location. Full of plants, very private and cozy. Liu is an excellent host, very attentive and was always available with directions of places and what to do. São João del Rei is charming and you can do practically everything on foot in short walks... I recommend it without a doubt. I'll be back for sure.

Great place to stay, close to everything. You can visit the historic center of São João Del Rei on foot as the place is close to the main tourist attractions. Zhi was super hospitable, every time I texted her via WhatsApp she responded quickly. The space is great, super suitable for everyone.

Extremely well located in the historic center of São João. Despite being in the center, you can't hear the noise from the street. The place is super quiet. Although there was no parking, we had no difficulty parking on the street near the place. The flat is beautiful, organized, and clean. The bed is comfortable and the bed and bath linens are clean and smell fresh. The compact kitchen allows the preparation of various foods, we went with a baby and in this case it is extremely important. The host provided a crib for my baby and a hot tub. My daughter loved it. We'd definitely be back. We really liked it.

WONDERFUL!!!!!! Don't look for another place, open it here, close it soooon! The place is beautiful, clean, organized, had everything we needed! Location veeeeeeery close to everything! Zih helped us a lot with amazing tips! She was very good to us, we had a little problem with our car when we arrived in the city and she was super quick to help us and helped us a lot and our problem was minimal compared to the incredible days that I, my husband and our 8-month-old baby spent there! We will definitely be back and I won't even look for another place!

I made a reservation without much advance notice and communication with the host was quick and clear. The flat is great, it is located in the heart of São João, allowing access to several bars and restaurants in the region with a short walk. As the studio is located in the back of the building, it has a flight of stairs to access the building and a flight of stairs to go down to the garden floor.

The environment is extremely clean, organized and well cared for, demonstrating the affection and attention of the host in every detail. In addition, the hospitality was exceptional and quiet – the host is extremely kind, helpful and always willing to make the experience even more enjoyable.

Liu is too attentive and the space is very simple and cozy, as in the photos! Another positive point is that the loft is close to the historic center and it is possible to walk to many areas of the city, such as the Maria Fumaça station. Note: we went on the Holy Week holiday and Liu left us a complimentary chocolate at the door on Easter Sunday. I highly recommend her spaces!

The loft was clean and very well organized. The location is excellent, close to the city's main tourist landmarks, making it possible to do all the tours on foot, without the need to use Uber. The hosts were extremely friendly and attentive, sending the city and Tiradentes schedule in advance, as well as useful information about transportation. I highly recommend the accommodation and would definitely host me again!
